“ The couple we rented from was very nice and helpful. The apartment is really nice and comfortable. The building has a nasty smell but the apartment itaelf is ok. Located very close tot the metro station, it also has convenient acces to a few boulangeries, restaurants and supermarkets. ”

The couple we rented from was very nice and helpful. The apartment is really nice and comfortable. The building has a nasty smell but the apartment itaelf is ok. Located very close tot the metro station, it also has convenient acces to a few boulangeries, restaurants and supermarkets. Nothing to comment here, except for the smell in the building.

близость к метро ожидали получить проживание в некотором удалении от туристических троп в "аутентичной французской квартире"... получили: достаточно шумный и не очень чистый район где проживают эмигранты. около дома на улице встретили крысу... отсутствие wi-fi, шкафов для одежды. в аппартаментах достаточно холодно. очень узкие кухня и ванная, не разойтись 2 людям. узкая винтовая лестница на 4 этаж. низкого качества отделка аппартаментов. tv каналы только на французском. ответа от хозяйки на вопросы по удобствам удалось дождаться только через сутки... цена не соответствует качеству!... не понятно кто и что нашел потрясающего в этом месте...

- Super Metro-Anbindung (100m) - Super-Kontakt mit der Vermieterin - Konnte am Abreisetag mein Gepäck bis mittags stehen lassen - Schön eingerichtete Wohnung Duft im Treppenhaus (aber nur dort)

L'accueil par Stéphanie, la propreté, l'espace, la convivialité, internet dispo et gratuit, la petite cuisine fonctionnelle, une excellente adresse à deux pas du métro... Peut-être des rideaux plus occultants dans la chambre seraient les biens venus et du coton pour les draps du lit mais c'est bien peu de choses....

Appartement très agréable propre, bien équipé et confortable la disponibilité et la gentilesse de la propriétaire sont remarques et en plus un bon rapport qualité prix. je le recommande 4 ème étage sans ascenseur soit 72 marches !!!

L'appartement est spacieux, avec une vrai connexion Internet (Livebox Orange propre à l'appartement). La cuisine et la salle de bain semblent avoir été refaits récemment. L'accueil, sur rendez-vous, est agréable. Seuls des tabourets permettent de s'installer dans le salon (pièce ou se trouve la télévision), le manque d'un canapé et d'une table basse s'y font sentir. La chambre est plus conviviale mais le lit est un peu petit en longueur.
