The location is very convenient for visiting the old town. Easy access to the lake with its many sport facilities. Good restaurants close by. The view is lovely. |

Great location next to many restaurants and shops, one block from boat dock, large family suite, canal view, quiet, close to parking garage, overnight parking included in room rate. Bathroom was damp. |

location The fridge in our room (located under the bedside cabinet) was covered in thick green mildew in the door and the fridge itself. When I went to reception to inform them I was told that I shouldn't have been able to open it! The receptionist actually asked me if it was a problem! I think we should have been offered an alternative room immediately. Our view was non existent - a stone wall. |

Very friendly receptionist, excellent views from the room, good continental breakfast A small amount of noise from night time revellers. Lorries unloading from about 6 A.M. |

For a two star city hotel it was as expected. The room was small, but it had a table and two chairs, the bathroom was newish and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a little meager, but then it was less expensive than breakfast at other hotels so it was not a bad value. The hallways and carpeting was a bit shabby looking but the room was clean. |

La situation géographique de l'hôtel. Très bien placé avec un cadre magnifique. Nous étions dans la chambre 210 avec une vue sur un toit et sur les vitraux de l'église. Nous avons été quelque peu déçu car la chambre était plutot mimi...Pour les prochains clients demandez avec vue sur le canal... |

Der Standort, Nähe Colmar Altstadt. Schöne Aussicht auf einen idyllischen Canal. Klimaanlage. Völlig überteurtes Speiseangebot. Bad und Zimmer zwar mit altem nostalgischem Ausstattungsambiente, aber stark renovierungsbedürftig. Von daher stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. Es entspricht nicht dem angegeben Sternestandard nach deutschen Maßstäben. Sehr schlecht zu finden. |
