Friendly staff. Еxcellent location. Room was clean but small and dark. This place is just for sleeping, not to "stay".

Location, location, location. This hotel is near to many good restaurants, tourist attractions, metro, etc. There is even a Carrefour market within 100 mtrs of the door. The staff, Triston in particular, are extremely helpful in providing assistance as this was our first trip to Paris. The hotel room was a bit worn, and could use some updating, but is was clean and we didnt really spend too much time in the hotel anyway. Even with the double glazed windows the street noise from passing vehicles and (and early morning garbage collection) was very loud. Bring some ear plugs....

I thought that the hotel was well-situated, the room was clean and well-tended to, the price was reasonable given the location and that the service by hotel staff was outstanding.

Exceptionally friendly staff and extremely helpful.. Excellent location. Quiet because very few other guests staying I worry about the level of sound insulation if the hotel were full. One could hear conversations in other rooms and many doors bangedI had to turn the sound down on my tv until it was practically inaudible in order not to disturb other guests. . It also had one, tiny lift. Fine when quiet as during my stay but I wonder how adequate it would be for a busy time. Single room, as usual small, dark and inward facing.

Absolutely brilliant location. It's a bit 'tired' but the staff are delightful and the rooms clean. Great hotel! No real complaints, would stay there every time but......Double room bed was too small for us. Rooms with twin are 2 single beds pushed together. Much more comfortable. Rooms overlooking the street are better than overlooking the courtyard in our opinion, but you do get the noise from the busy street below.

Not worth the money we paid for it. I would expect to pay 100 Euro for a place like that and only because if it's location. The pictures were misleading. I would never have paid 200 Euro if I had known what it was really like. Our room was small, dark and awkward layout. The bed was hard. The towel heater didn't work. The Internet connection was slow.

Especially the night time on duty staff (usually the night staff members are not as attentive at other hotels) Very helpful helping with my reservations/airport shuttle Good size, quiet, clean room for three-star hotel and good size bathroom with a small tub Comfortable bed Rue de Buci, one of my favorite streets, is half a SHORT block away! Would love to stay there again if I can find good rates :)

The experience at the Seine Hotel was fantastic. On arrival we were greeted by Tristan, who was outstanding. He was friendly, helpful and very accomodating to all our needs. Tristan would have to be the best hotel worker we have ever encountered. Well done and you need a pay rise, because you made our stay in Paris 100%. Cheers Angie and Isabella

Firstly, I want to commend you on a first rate, five star manager that served us when we arrived. We were very impressed with her professionalism and her interest in our visit to Paris and her hotel. Well done to her and to her lovely staff. I would add to that, the room was beautifully cleaned, smelled nice, and your cleaning staff were just lovely to deal with. Her interest in our stay was unsurpassed by other room attendants in other hotels we have stayed in. I would like to comment on the facility. The pictures were not the same as the 'real life' experience. We were very disappointed with the 'tired' look of the bedroom (perhaps mostly with the decor - wall paper, bed covers and curtains.) It was very different on line than it was in person. The decor should not be rated as three star and thus way overpriced. Sadly, your staff was five star but the facility did not compete with them. We chose not to use the breakfast facility.

This was a lovely hotel, a quiet place amidst a very lively Parisian scene. We were always glad to get back to it at the end of a busy and tiring day - it was like coming home . Our room was excellent and quite spacious. In fact, all the public rooms were clean, comfortable and appropriate for the overall style of the hotel. At 12 Euros, the breakfast is quite expensive for what it is. Nevertheless the breakfast service was good and friendly.
