Quiet but good location near Pantheon. Everything in room worked. Reasonable breakfast. 24hr reception.
Excellent location, close to RER B, very friendly receptionist
Poor selection for a breakfast
Really good situated! Quiet street, with amenities nearby. Easy to access from gare du nord with RER B. Confortable bed.
Rubbish truck very noisy every morning (luckely coming around 9 am)
Central location, close to good, economical eateries, and many attractions.
The elevator was not working when we arrived, and no one offered to help us get to our room on the 4th floor. Do bring earplugs. There's a pub down the street, and garbage trucks drive up the street in the morning.
Location location location Next to luxomberg garden and metro n shopping area
Price Size of room No AC
Friendly and nice staff and atmosphere, and very conveniently located in central Paris.
small, expensive, no view
Close to Parc Luxemburg, with access to RER B. Also very Close to Pantheon and walking distance to Place Saint Michel. Good number of Brasseries and Bistros Close by. OK view from window. H24 front desk service. Good breakfast, and times for it 07-11, mostly friendly staff. Bathroom fresh and modern.
No AC. No fridge/minibar. Breakfast not included in room price. Some discussion on if breakfast needed to be pre-booked daily or not. Only one electric power outlet in the room and it was not securely fastened in the wall. Too few towel hangers for us three. Toilet chair to close to shower glassing, narrow enough to have problems getting down to, and up from it.
location area around Panteon
great location, room small but comfortable
very small elevador
Location fabulous. Clean rooms and fresh towels daily. Hold room key for you. Quiet rooms.
Carpet horrible. Decorations outdated. The WiFi was extremely inconvenient, had to use individual one-time-use code each time you wanted to connect.
Lousy wi fi Bare unhappy rooms Grumpy management
Great location. Great value for money.
Elevator very small. Barely could get my luggage inside.
Great location - near Pantheon, Sorbonne, quiet during the night, close to RER; new bathroom; very nice people at the reception, no problem speaking English.
The smell in the room; old beddings; old everything; narrow spiral staircase.
We went to this hotel second time, because of the location in Latin quarter, not far from Luxembourg station, however during our stay the second time, there was switch of lines on Gare du Nord and we had to make changes to and from airport.
We didn't like everything. The room was absolutely dirty, doors and handles, wardrobe (we had to clean it before hanging clothes), dust was everywhere, during our stay the room was not cleaned. We also specifically asked for the room on second floor, because the other room on the last floor has very low ceiling with nails sticking out, you can get injured while walking in the room. So when we arrived the staff was unwilling to give us second floor room, even though it was unoccupied. During our 5 days stay personnel didn't not provide us with washing toiletries. We asked at the reception twice and still we didn't get soap or gel. The wifi internet is very bad, slow and useless. Even though the location is good and we stayed in Latin quarter, I wouldn't pay for the stay in this hotel because of all above said.
The staff was rude, I got stuck in the elevator for an hour, the room wasn't clean and they told me I didn't have a reservation when I showed up. Please don't stay here.
Location-metro/bars/resteraunts/attractions Maid service every day
Rooms a bit small- but adequate
The location is, in fact, good...
But the services are unreliable and the staff, impolite. I give two examples: 1) we arrived in the hotel at 1:30 pm (this was already mentioned in our reservation). The room was ready later than 3:30 pm despite the hotel staff keep saying that it would be ready in a couple of minutes; 2) (much more serious). They offered wi-fi only for one device. I said that this was not what it was mentioned in the hotel information (that I received from 'booking.com'). The manager (in the evening - around 10:00 pm) said precisely that: "That is what we do, if you are not happy, there are plenty of hotels around and you can move, if you want". This is the probably the tenth time that we made a reservation through 'booking.com'. It is usually a very positive experience with minor incidents, but we have never experienced such an unpleasant stay. My suggestion is that 'booking.com' should think twice before being associated with this type of enterprise.
NOTHING!!!!! This hotel does NOT deserve to be part of the network, should NOT be allowed to participate in any pre-booking activities as they are NOT honest
I arrived at the hotel and was told that there were no rooms available and spent the night in the car as I could not find another hotel room. This has not happen to me in the last 20 years anywhere in the world. This hotel should NOT be allowed to participate in the BOOKING.com!!!!
good location and close to metro and RER station, for 2 stars rating it was satisfactory.
hotel needs renovation
Lovely host, adequate clean facilities . Excellent location for train and airport, and the major sites of Paris. A safe feeling neighbourhood.
A little expensive and wifi only worked sporadically in the room. We had to go to the reception to use it.
Staff was pleasant. Location was quiet.
No drawers, inadequate closet space, leak somewhere caused wet carpet, steps into bathroom and on exiting first floor elevator are safety issues.
The manager Mr. Gyan was very helpful with tips about the city and also helped us with some tours outside of Paris.
The room was very small and overlooking the street, making it very noisy at night. Also, it was hot in Paris and the hotel had no airconditioning. If we opened the windows, the houses in front could look right it. The bathroom too was tiny. You could barely move without hitting something!
Great location: next to metro station Luxembourg, and located in one of the great area The 5th arr. Bathroom is quite big. Very classic European decoration.
Wifi is slow and unstable.
