Приятный отель, замечательный персонал, удобные и немаленькие комнаты( делюкс-приблизительно 25- 30 кв.метров).Очень удобные кровати, достаточно тихо , если просить комнату с окнами, выходящими во двор.Симпатичный внутренний двор. Буржуазный район. |

The hotel staff was very fair in giving a lot of good informations about Paris and to book restaurants and to confirm our flights, etc. ; there are just a friendly atmosfere. it wasn't possible to do a good regulation of the room air condition. |

We had a wonderful, six-day, Parisian experience at the Hotel de Sers, located in the elegant Champs Elysees district and very close to the metro and upscale restaurants. The staff was consistently helpful and accommodating in their efforts to obtain tickets, give restaurant recommendations, make reservations, call taxis, provide maps and directions, serve in the restaurant, etc. Upon arrival, we were allowed to check in early. This was much appreciated after many hours of overnight travel. Accolades for Fernanda at the reception desk as well as the concierge (I can not remember his name!) for providing outstanding service in a cordial, welcoming atmosphere. Our room was not spacious, however, comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. Would recommend taking advantage of a room rate that includes at least a continental breakfast, as the breakfasts are very costly. |

Décoration sobre et élégante des chambres Chambre coté cour très calme. Personnel agréable, discret mais à l'écoute . Hotel dans lequel on se sent bien. Le supplément tarifaire appliqué pour les petits déjeuners montés en chambre est un peu éxagéré. Nous n'avions pas été prévenus de la fermeture de la salle de sport pour travaux pendant notre séjour. |

gutes Design, klein gemütlich, tolle Lage Stromausfall von 19.30-20.30, gerade beim Duschen, kein Ersatzlicht, Kerze etc., Mußte uns im Stockdunkeln anziehen, schminken etc. da wir um 21.00 einen Dinner Termin hatten. Keine Lüftung die ganze Nacht! Nur lauwarmes Wasser beim Duschen. Kein Preisnachlaß, schlechtes Troubelmanagement...... |
