The staff was very nice, and the room and bathroom were nice. The location is terrific. I really did like the hotel and there was nothing that I did not like about it. The only thing that would have been nice is if there had been a small refrigerator in the room. |

I liked the cute atmosphere and style of the Hotel. The staff was very nice to us. The rooms and bathrooms were pretty small. But everything is in Paris. |

The staff were very nice and English speaking, the room was very clean and the location is superb. Nothing fancy but nice decor and very good value for money--especially in Paris where accomodation is very expensive! |

The staff was exceptional and friendly. All spoke English. The food was good, Internet access was available for free on a laptop in the lobby. Very convenient to public transportation and shopping. A definite plus to our vacation. |

Great location - close to subway (metro as it is called in France) which made it easy to travel to all the sites we wanted to see in Paris. |

Great location, walking distance to almost any tourist atraction. Comfortable, clean. Small room. When checking in had to wait until close to 4pm to get the room which, after flying in at 6am, was a bit annoying as check in time is 2pm. |

The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly. Cozy and relaxing backyard. The rooms facing the street don't have an air-conditioner. |

The friendly staff, the pleasant rooms, the available computer, the location. I wish the breakfast had been included in the room price. I was told there were two beds in the room but that was not so. |

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. There were 3 of us sharing a room but we were not given 3 of each of the items - ie. towels, cups, etc, - each day. |

Nous avions une chambre donnant sur la cour intérieure et contrairement à nos attentes, ce fût très silencieux. Le positionnement est excellent. La Place Vauban ou encore St-Germain-des-Prés ainsi que la Place St-Michel sont à 10 minutes de marche. Nous avons aussi utiliser les autobus OpenTour et le BateauBus afin de nous déplacer dans Paris. Les attractions majeures sont couvertes et une description audio est faite lors du passage devant les points forts. La salle de bain est petite. La douche pas très fonctionnelle. La chambre n'est pas très lumineuse. |

localisation, propreté. Nous aurions aimés prendre un verre de vin blanc dans le salon le soir, seul du vin rouge était disponible, d'office on m'a suggéré du champagne ( bien plus onéreux et que je ne bois pas, désolé) il n'y avait pas de bière non plus. j'ai également demandé le soir au monsieur qui était à la réception deux verres, il a refusé. Dommage.Peut être n'avait il pas reçu de formation d'esprit service. |
