Nice room, nice breakfast, close to several Metro stations. Room is cleaned each day, staff were helping in all sorts of things.

Shower and toilet in the same room. To get to the toilet you need to get around the door. Shower is inside a bath - have to climb over it.

The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and adequate for our needs.

Would have been good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It could also do with a bit of sound proofing, as we were woken every time the people upstairs moved.

Adequate room size. Large bathroom with tubs. Quiet, for the city, neighborhood. Friendly, multi-language staff. Close to two metro lines. N

I travelled on my own to meet an old friend from Europe (twin bed room). Really convenient, easy to get to and the area has a lot of government buildings and embassies. Also a lot of police. We stayed previously a few years back and wanted to come back. Good places to eat nearby. Nice environment.

I have a gluten-free diet so I take bread to have with the breakfast which is a good spread. There is a tendency to have cold scrambled egg but for all that we ate a good breakfast and were glad not to have to search breakfast out.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of area. The staff were great at recommending great places to eat. Even when they were not sure they researched something for us. The rooms were always cleaned and spotless with refills of the toiletries everyday. Loved the 24hr reception. Felt very safe here. I would definately come back to stay here.

To pay for WiFi is rediculous. All other places we stayed in France th e WiFi was included in our price.

The location was good for me as I had business nearby. There are good restaurants in the neighborhood and it is close to national treasures..

We booked 4 nights and only stayed 2. Our first night our room was so moldy wew couldnt sleep because of the awful smell. After they gave us a new room, there was construsction right outside our bathroom window and no curtain making it impossible to use the shower. While they let us out of our reservation early they really should have comped our first two nights. For 300 euros a night this place is a dump. We moved over to the citadines hotel in st germain du prez for the same price it was a million times better.

Not much. It's in a quiet area (but the hotel, itself, is not quiet).

We found some of the staff very unfriendly and not especially helpful. Moreover, the location of the hotel is not good. It is about as far away from a metro startion as it is possible to be (in the centre of Paris) and there are no decent restaurants or nightlife nearby. The room we stayed in was very noisy (even though we'd asked for a quiet room); it was adjacent to the staircase and also noise could be heard from the Reception area. Also, at €219 p.n. (for a very average 3 star hotel) we thought it was grossly over-priced.

The location of this hotel is about as good as it gets. It is a charming hotel with well appointed rooms and helpful staff.

Everything was very good

The place, very central between Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. The neighbourhood was very quiet, so great for a good night sleep.

The room was very small. And the bathroom was even smaller! Impossible to move around with 2 adult. The neighbourhood was very quiet so within 1 km no bar, restaurant or anything available. The noise within the hotel, you could hear everything from other rooms, people walking, jumping in their beds, the mantaince claining, so a good night sleep was impossible. A pity for such a hotel. It was very hot outside, so we had to put the airco. It made a lot of noise too, so or noise or hot.

Great location in a central quiet and safe neighbourhood. Clean rooms.

Very expensive Internet (20 euro per day or 6 euro per hour) and no mini- fridge in the room. Quite far from any metro station.

The hotel was nice,clean and in a good location to see the "main attractions "of Paris. The cost f the hotel was ridiculous but normal for Paris . 500 euros for 3 nights. I booked at the last minute though and if I went back I would be comfortable staying ere again, if I could get a better rate.

The Internet is 20 euros per 24 hour and the connection was horrible!

Great location, clean, nice size room. Entrance and lounge area could do with a facelift, but that was not important to us. Clean room. Helpful staff! Would stay there again.

The room was sufficient size for 4 adults and the beds were very comfortable. It's an older hotel and we were surprised the bathroom was very roomy. Water pressure was terrific, so watch out, it's easy to get water all over the floor! The housekeeping staff made up our beds and gave us fresh towels daily. The location makes it easy to get around both on foot and by metro. There are a few bistros and restaurants close by, very convenient. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. All in all, a very positive stay.

I enjoyed the size of the room, its comfort, and the luxury of the bathroom. Also, the concierge was fantastic, helping us to plan our evening at the cabaret.

It charged for wireless Internet--seems a bit cheap to me! Also, there was only one person at the desk, so we couldn't be helped quickly.

Good location between the Eiffel tower and Saint Germain... It's a small and tidy hotel that very well served the purpose of spending a long weekend in the heart of Paris...
