You need to employe a good restaurant manager to teach the dining room staff how to take an order and serve a customer. Get a complete new waiter staff...your waiter do not know any rules how to serve a dish to a client...never in my life had the food delivered and handed to me in my hands instead of sitting the food on the table. It did happen in three different seatings by the same waiter. When breakfast was delivered he did not know which one was the cheese omlette from the ham omlette.We did ask to an employee to have the waiter removed from my table, but...ignored !!! We were a group of four. We meet every evening for cocktails, morning breakfast and had dinner in your Hotel only the first night; than we decide to go elsewhere...TOO Bad !!! The Hotel did not only loose our business but gave us a good laugh about the waiter service...

Internet connection had to be renewed repeatedly.

I had a single room with everything you could imagine, room was 3 times bigger than a comparable single room I booked at another Swiss 5-star hotel. Bathrom was all in grey marble and super clean with a window looking to a fountain. Reception even personally helped me to change my day of arrival even though I booked via Bookings.com! Location is perfect you are at place Vendome and SixSenses Spa is around the corner. The lobby is small and lift is near, not many staff blocking the entrance

There were all tv chanels from West europe and Middle east!, But it seems that unlimited tv costs 20euro extra.

Perfecl location for city trip and shopping. Exellent staff, comfy beds, various and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

Low ceiling in the room, no curtain the shower so you are watering the whole bathroom, New Year dinner at the hotel's gastronomique restaurant was plain and disappointing . Overall, the experience was well below expectations.

My adult daughter and I found Hotel De Vendome comfortable and hospitable. We appreciate friendlness to us as Americans because we love France and want friendly reception.

The server at restaurant was so sweet and friendly. Loved that. However, service was slow and poor. However, we will take friendly and warm over poor service...anyday.

The location is great, the hotel is a small cozy place where you feel like in a private home and if you justwant to go out for a stroll you are in te middle of a great sightseeing and shopping area.

Room service: on the menu they indicate a nice wide range of cold and warm 24h but actually during the night you only get limited cold selection and the club sandwich I had was cold and very poor in taste, highway rest style

When we arrived The staff saída that the room would be ready in 1:30 hs, when we came back they saída more 45 min, and then they saíd they couldnt tive us a precise time, it was very unpleasant because we were exausted.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for a four night city break and found everything about the hotel to be first class. If you want a five star experience in classic french style and at a reasonable price, this is a great place to stay. We found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located close to the Louvre and Place De La Concord.
