right on the corner of the street where the train station meets with the main shopping street that leads down to the beach. the staff was friendly, and the bed was actually a big bed, not two twin sized ones pushed together which is so common here. note though *nice is small enough that as long as you stay someplace between the station and the beach, you can walk to either one very easily* our comfortor had bloodstains on it, the place felt filthy. the shower and bathroom were just disgusting. upon entering the hotel, both of us had a funny feeling about the activities there. that is the part of town it is in though, near the station is a very very sketchy area. i was uncomfortable walking in the streets there. the lights in the hallway didnt work, and the rooms are noisy with street noise. |

not much, only that is was close to the railway station the guy on the phone and in the morning was unfriendly, no fridge,wireless did not work at all, wake up call 20min late |

Close to railway station, shopping area. Free wifi. New furniture in the room (bed, wardrobe). Helpful woman at reception. The hotel is okay to stay for couple of nights. Very noisy: the hotel is located on the corner of railway and tramway plus you can hear almost everything from other rooms (shower, phone ringing, people talking...). Elevator sometimes is out of service. Old aircon. Walls need to be refurbished. No TV channels in english. Luggage room has no locker. Once i came back to the hotel but the door was closed, reception was empty, i had to wait while somebody of staff come out and open the door... |

2 star hotel which has not been reviewed this year by the municpality; I paid for 5 nights and mistakenly left after 4 nights and the hotel staff which checked me out did not advise! Can I get the one night as credit for future use? Regards The rooms |

The air-conditioned room is suitable for the hot weather in summer. The free internet service throughout the hotel is what i needed. Location is good because I just right beside a tram stop and the train station. |

It's ok if you stay for 1 or 2 nights, nice and friendly personnel, clean rooms the furniture is a bit too old, neither fridge nor kettle (which would be very good to have in the room) |

Location to the train station is the only enjoyable aspect about this hotel One iron and one hairdryer for entire hotel, no satellite tv, not one english speaking channel. All of the above were advertised per room. Lift broken daily.was not allowed to check the room without giving full payment. |

Good location, very close to train station and Nice city centre. A 15 minute walk to beach so a bit of a way but otherwise as expected for the price. Staff pleasant and spoke English. Supermarket across the street. Lots of restaurants, shops nearby. Rooms were clean, pretty small but still, you don't go to Nice to hid in your hotel room! |

There is nothing positive to say about this hotel The hotel was filthy & we had one bed in our family room infested with fleas. There were electric sockets hanging off the wall also. We demanded a refund and moved to another hotel after one night. |

It located near the railway station and bus depot.convenient for going wherever in Nice. Break fast was not good enough , need more food with higer price. |
