Convenient location. Clean Room. Refrigirator in room.

The private car park was a mess. They have only 3 slots (I'm told) and confirmed I cannot have one the evening before I arrived, by which time it was too late to cancel the hotel reservation. The alternate car park they suggested (public underground parking) was more expensive. The wifi was not working properly and not working consistently. The breakfast offered was expensive. The room walls were too thin and you could hear everything in the next room or corridor. There was an alarm test one day and we were given no warning. On the day we were leaving, the temporary spot to park your car to load/unload luggage was taken over by a car which was parked there the entire day and the receptionist had no idea who's car it was.

Close proximity to beach and station, small but friendly breakfast room

The single (superior room) was supposed to have bath and shower and only had shower. The double (superior room) had 1" step into bathroom which meant subbing your toe on several occasions! Rooms were perfectly adequate but wouldn't have rated them superior.

Clean simple hotel situated in themain shopping street of Cannes. Walking distance to everything.

Payable internet (but its the rule in every hotel of the area), top roof terrasse could be renovated.

Nice roofterrace with a good view ! Not expensive if you look at the location, and the size of the bedroom and bathroom, walking distance from the croisette. Third time I've been here.

Very good location - short walk from train station and only one block back from la croisette making it ideal for travelling around the region or short walk to beach/port and palais de festivals. Good sized room with large newly furnished bathroom. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice - cereals, toast, eggs, hams also bread rolls and croissants etc. fresh fruit, juices and tea/coffee. Friendly breakfast staff and very helpful at reception. An added bonus is the roof terrace - ideal for unwinding after a hectic day with a cold drink (from your fridge) and a good book while enjoying the late afternoon sun.

The location, the friendly hotel staff and the excellent value for money.

Need to renovation particulary bathroom. Renovation necessaire, en particulier pour la salle de bain. Yenileme gerekir, özellikle banyoda.

Ottima la posizione.

La ubicació de l'hotel.

L'habitació que ens varen donar tenia algunes deficiències. El lavabo estava embossat durant els quatre dies que va durar la nostra estada. Les tovalles estaven excessivament gastades, impròpies d'un hotel de tres estrelles. La banyera no tenia cortina i per tant tot quedava inundat d'aigua.
