Very well located in Evian. The cheapest hotel I could find but quite expensive for what it offered. Good communication before I arrived. Some of the staff very pleasant and good English. The floor boards in the corridor creaked as did the fire door outside my room. Whilst other residents were walking up and down the corridor I couldn't get to sleep. Decor could be improved.

Room was clean. Hotel is in very good location. Good value for money. Shower stall was too small; since it has a curtain on two sides which tends to stick to one's body.

The parking was on site. The bathroom was so small, the shower head had to be held as the holders ( we had 3 rooms) in 2 rooms was broken.The carpets were very dirty and the walls were paper thin so we didnot get any sleep.

the rate was normal and the services good. The only thing i didnt like is holding a mount of money from my credit card and I already paid the rate in cash at the check out. The breakfast was not included.

the location is just perfect, right on the pedestrian street, all commerce and services around the rooms are small, not very clean, and the breakfast is only served between 8-10 AM and it is not included in the reservation price...

It has a lift. We appreciate being given a room on the top floor with some nice lakeview. Clean. Free parking. Reasonable room rate. No Wifi. Carpark entrance is on another street behind the hotel up the slope; difficult to find.

la gentillesse du personnel sauf d'une personne,la qualité du petit déjeuner,l'emplacement de l'hotel par rapport au but de notre sortie (casino). la qualité du matelas et la douche et surtout le plus important, l'absence de panneau signalant l'emplacement de l'hotel.je n'utilise pas le gps par conviction.tous les autres hotels sont signalé aux carrefours.

Bellissimo posto, in una zona pedonale di fronte alla piazza con affacciato il lago... Veramente una chicca !! La colazione è stata una delle migliori mai provate, con Creps e prodottu freschissimi... Rapporto prezzo qualità è da 10 e lode !!! Wi-Fi Gratis e personale alla reception veramente disponibile !!! Se vogliamo essere pignoli è un pò difficile trovare parcheggio, ma possiamo soprassedere... Sarebbe forse da rivedere il bagno... Ma nel complesso è da consigliare !!!
