Reception, lounge, bar and restaurant room is being refubished, therefore no lounge available and the temporary restaurant too small. On some nights unable to get a meal until 21.00hrs |

Clean and professional approach. Good kitchen. Nice garden park. Spacious parking in front of the hotel entrance. Short opening hours of the swimming pools. For we stayed only one night, there was not much chance to use the pools. |

1. Hotel being renovated we were not aware. 2. for 1 3 star hotel some small items missing such as tissues in bedroom. 3. too far to walk to sea front and on a main road with no walking paths to restaurants nearby. 4. security not good due to renovation security exits/doors left open to allow access to bedroomms in annex. |

Efficient and friendly staff combined with a good layout, even though there was some building going on, suited our needs for the 1 night. Extra charge and a sizeable one for breakfast. |

We enjoyed our stay at Amirauté. The staff are helpful, friendly and bilingual. Overall, the stay is comfortable, the rooms are big and nice. There was a nice selection for breakfast. |

Clean, efficient, good facilities Due to building work, had to walk in the open between buildings for breakfast. Fine but not when raining. No regular public transport to "civilization". |

location and pool area good. Front entrance a bit dull. The whole place looks a little tired but there appears to be signs of improvement ie new poolside furniture. We booked 4 rooms and one of them had cobwebs and an evil smelling toilet. |

Friendly staff, no disturbances. Quiet. The room awas clean and well presented. The hotel is split in two, on two banks of a river. Food was only available on one side, the other! Breakfast, at 17 Euro each was way too expensive. |

Might be nice in the summer with the pools and tennis place. It is in the commercial centers zone. Not the nicest part of the city. The hotel style is rather 70s like. The golf is not located there but 5 min by car from the hotel. |

Le service et la diversité du petit déjeuner La difficulté d'accéder à l'accueil. La chambre non conforme à notre demande (fumeur au lieu de non fumeur) et en plus le lit n'était pas fait ce qui nous a obligé à changer de chambre. |

Le jacuzzi dans la salle de bain de la suite junior est plutôt agréable, si ce n'est des garnitures cassées. La déco de la chambre est vieillote, et le prix est vraiment excessif par rapport aux prestations. L'hôtel est dans une zone industrielle, la voiture est absolument nécessaire pour se rendre au centre ville. Quand au restaurant le personnel est charmant mais la qualité du repas est plus que moyenne, le décor toujours aussi "vieillot" et la salle à besoin d'être vraiment rafraîchi (abats jours des lampes troués, fissures sur les murs, et moutons de poussière au sol) qaunt au prix il est aussi excessif par rapport à ce que l'on a dans l'assiette. Ex: pour le plat de saint jacques, 3 toutes petites saint jacques minuscules se battaient dans l'assiette. |

L'amabilité des femmes de chambre L'impossibilté de se connecter au wifi même payant ; ce qui est mesquin au regard de la catégorie affichée de l'hôtel. Cette catégorie semble peu méritée. Cet hotel, d'aucun caractère, est répartie sur deux rives d'une rivière sale, sous une ligne électrique moyenne tension avec, au choix, vue sur la nationale ou sur le parking du lidl. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre et peu alimenté. Enfin, cet hôtel n'est pas non-fumeur et la ventilation ramène l'odeur de cigarette dans les chambres. |

Le petit déjeuner, le room service à 2h du matin. L'hotel en lui même est vétuste (vieille tv, moquette tachée, plateau du petit déjeuner qui est resté devant notre chambre toute la journée, la piscine mal située et pas toujours disponible, mini-bar non réfrigéré). Le personnel n'est pas en toujours très accueillant à la réception. |
