Fantastic and helpful staff and a beautiful hotel with a reasonable rate in the middle of old Arles. No elevator and difficult to get to/park when traveling by car. |

The hotel was very quaint and ideally located to see the major inter-city sites in Arles. Weak wi-fi signal in room. |

Using GPS it was impossible to find the hotel (road blocked)However reading the signs, it was easy to find the hotel. |

I liked the the hotel's central location and accessibility to the sites, as well as the proximity to the train station. I had several conversations with the owner, Alain, about my late arrival. He was very upset with me for e-mailing him, as opposed to calling him, about my change in schedule. I apologized to him several times, but he kept at me, and frankly, I started avoiding him to prevent new conversations about this transgression - this persistent browbeating detracted from an otherwise good experience. |

Struttura graziosissima, all'interno sembra un piccolo castello, nella sua semplicità ha molta personalità. Il personale è cortese e simpatico. La colazione ricca e gustosa. Ottima posizione al centro di Arles, base comoda per la visita della Provenza |

Bonne situation, très beau bâtiment de caractère, accueil sympathique;très propre. Salle à manger trop petite (attente table ou se retrouver bloqué dans un petit coin!) Un petit coup de chiffon sur la télécommande serait apprécié! |

Idéalement situé, en plein centre ville,néanmoins très au calme, cet hôtel offre des chambres dans une vieille bâtisse aux murs épais,avec salle de bains moderne et accueil chaleureux. le petit déjeuner dehors est très agréable |

Het hotel ligt midden in de stad Arles, door de kleine straatjes niet zo gemakkelijk om met de auto te komen, je loopt zo de stad in, het is gewoon heel gezellig, niet overdreven, uitstekend ontbijt, mensen die je heel vriendelijk te woord staan eventueel in het engels. niet van toepassing, alleen is het voor mensen die niet zo handig zijn met de auto moeilijk te vinden door de kleine straatjes bijna allemaal een-richting... |
