We stayed in the 4 person suite and had 2 separate rooms with a TV and minibar in each. The air conditioning and shutters were awesome for sleeping! The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. We added and extra bed at the last minute and they had it made up when we got there. The breakfast is really good too. Great stay! |

The hotel was right in the centre of the town and their were plenty of places to eat. The hotel itself was charming but a little over priced. |

The room I was staying in, seemed to have been renovated very recently. Good looking and very comfortable bathroom (walk-in shower is great). Friendly people. Just walk up the road into the historic centre of Beaune. Comfortable bed, which one doesn't always encounter in France. |

The atmosphere, ambience, homey warm environment. Very knowledgible and helpful staff (Henri), not only about the town, but the surrounding area as well. All of the recommendations were followed and we had an excellent time. Nothing. |

The staff were brilliant. We arrived on motorcycles and were soaked through having ridden fifty miles in torrential rain. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended. |

The hotel was well located, it was only a 5 minute walk to the main town square and a variety of restaurants and bars. In addition, we could hire bikes from a shop nearby and explore the countryside and vineyards easily from here. The staff were very helpful too. |

The staff was very cheerful, helpful, and friendly . Our room was very large, attractive, and comfortable with a wonderful window that opened to the outside. This second floor room was almost new as I think the manager told us it had been added within last 6 months. The location is superb in this very attractive, charming, and scenic town. Nothing we can think of we did not like. |

Location was wonderful and made visiting Beaune most enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and will let others travelling to Beaune to take advantage of this quaint hotel. There was an odour in the room when first occupied that dissipated over the four days we stayed. Opening the window to refresh the air room helped. That said, we would still return to this hotel as its other benefits far outweighed this small negative comment. |

Very attentive staff. The addition of the new bar is a plus. Service excellent, nice nibbles with our drinks. Shortage of parking spaces and diffciult parking. |

Hotel was very clean and our bedroom/bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated.Nice staff and great location.Good value for money Not a negative point but more as a suggestion: for breakfast, we were offered one croissant each and even though we didn't ask for me, we would have been better if we could have just helped ourselves in the breakfast table. |

The rooms were quiet, warm and pleasant. En suites were of good quality. The town centre location meant there was a choice of restaurants nearby. It was good to be able to book a room for 3 older children with 3 proper single beds. Our stay was a stop over so it was good to have secure parking for our loaded car over night. |
