Professional staff and great location. Internet was included (which is one of the main deciding factors), however, it was only available in the common areas. So it was (yet another French hotel) inaccurate based on the hotel profile. |

Nice warm and cozy room. The noise. You don't hear much from outside but you hear everything from the inside, which means that if people are not moving or talking it is quiet. :) Also, though the room and bathroom were clean, we did find that somebody has used the toilet before we checked in and did not flush... |

The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. We had to cancel the first night (on that day) due to my daughter's flu but they didn't even charge us for that. The family room was very cozy and clean. |

Staff was very cordial and helped us a lot especially giving us a couple of good tips about our visit to Beaune, and about finding a good restaurant, which was actually best value for money in our whole vacation in Burgundy. Walking distance from center. Good value for money for a 3-star hotel. We had a (false) fire alarm at night and nobody was on premises, but they arrived within minutes and handled this quite professionally. |

Very comfortable beds, amenable staff and lovely breakfast Towels were too small and no bath mat. Didn't think you should have to pay for parking if you were staying at the hotel. |

This hotel has been recently renovated without losing the charm of the old building in a great location (just outside the ramparts of Beaune). There many restaurants and shops located withing a short walk. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and multilingual. Parking is limited and cramped. So if you have a car, you should plan to arrive early and walk to dinner. Otherwise, this is a great hotel in a picturesque town, in a great part of France. |

Very conveniently located with a secure car park with direct access to hotel. The room was very comfortable and had a cleverly designed barrier to bathroom. The breakfast is very good and the breakfast room is tastefully and comfortably decorated. |

We had a very nice stay at Hotel de la Paix. The location is perfect, three minutes walk from the centre of Beaune. The staff speaks good English, the service is very good. We had a room with view on the courtyard which was quiet. Good value for money. |

large triple room - clean room - large bathroom - kid bed available - tv with cnn - breakfast ok missing bacon and eggs at breakfast - smell coming from bathroom evacuation (we had to close systematically the door) - probably related to missing "siphon" at ground level bathroom (tub) |

Extermely friendly and helpfull staff. The manager gave lots of tips for sight seeing in Beaune and was very friendly and helpfull. Room was a nice size, very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent for sight seeing (and eating and drinking !!) in Beaune. |

Nice hotel at a pretty good rate. Good location, clean, helpful staff. The suite for families has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (with hand held shower only) and a WC, but it's located on the very top attic floor. Ceilings are low and small dormer windows look out over rooftops. Ok for one or two nights but a bit confined. |

We stayed in the 4 person suite and had 2 separate rooms with a TV and minibar in each. The air conditioning and shutters were awesome for sleeping! The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. We added and extra bed at the last minute and they had it made up when we got there. The breakfast is really good too. Great stay! |
