Excellent location in St. Germaine de Pres, on a quiet street 3 minutes from the Metro, restaurants, shopping districts, Luxembourg Gardens, and just 15 minutes walk to The Louvre. Staff always courteous and helpful. Breakfasts very good. Rooms were more than adequate, with good ensuite facilites. As a single woman traveller, I was totally comfortable in the hotel and the district around the hotel.

The helpfulness and friendliness of staff and also the superb location. The carpet on the bedroom floor and wallpaper needs to be cleaned up / changed. Quite scruffy for the cost. Also the glass of the picture frames in the bedroom were dirty.

Location very good for Left Bank, near Metro stops, Luxembourg Gardens, eateries.Felt safe even though walking home from restaurant at 1 A.M. Quickly brought us an electric heater when we were cold. Breakfast was very good - croissants, baguettes & toast w/ various jellies, cheese and butter. Additionally there were bowls of nuts, dried fruits and cereals from which to choose. Coffee was excellent and the oj and grapefruit juices were fresh squeezed.Considering cost of breakfast I think it was a bargain.Plenty of space in our corner room (#53) for 3 people (one single & one double bed) with adequate room to get around. Safe located in one out of the 2 closets. I didn't like the presence of mold/mildew on some bathroom tiles which could easily have been cleaned (room 53). The hair dryer is awkward, but functional. Not a lot of closet space for 3 people. The washing liquid in bathroom was an all purpose labeled for "Hand, Body & Hair" - very strange.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street in the Latin Quarter of Paris which has a very nice atmosphere. There are plenty of nice restaurants in the area and also easy access to other parts of the town with Metro and a bit further away the RER train. The hotel room was quite small, but clean and quiet with a french balcony. The staff was friendly and there was a free wifi in use. A little minus was that you had to decide already the previous evening wether you will eat breakfast there or not because the hotel had to prepare for the breakfast beforehand. But it was worth the cost of 10euros with toasts, croissants and baguettes with a few toppings, muesli, cereal, juice and coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other Paris-visiters.

We were a party of 3 couples travelling together. Two stayed in standard double rooms and one in a twin superior. Very clean rooms and surroundings, helpful, attentive straff, very well situated. Paris size (small) rooms but for the price well worth the stay. The superior room was larger but obviously more expensive (by 30 euros). Didn't choose breakfast in the hotel as there are lots of choices just a few steps away.

Hotel is newly renovated so the rooms are in top shape. Rooms are small but standard for Paris. Staff at reception are incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good value. Great location on the left bank close to Odeon metro. Quiet street. Highly recommend. Free internet in the reception area.

My family and I found the hotel to be very pleasant. Francesco was manning the reception and he was fantastic. The hotel is very clean. and the metro is easily accessible. Good location. Would definitely stay at the hotel again if we should go to Paris. The breakfast room was like a cave. Very Interesting !

It's a pretty hotel in a super convenient spot. The accommodation is small but well thought out. The petit dejeuner is served in the stone cellar is good value.
