This small cosy hotel is conveniently located near the Odeon metro station. The area itself is relatively quiet so you can get a good night's sleep. Recommended.
Within walking distance of most of the attractions
Small rooms - but this is expected in Paris!
Loved the breakfast area. Staff friendly. Location.
Slow internet connection
Location was perfect (very close to public transport and our favorite go to restaurant (Le Danton)), staff very friendly and helpfull. Good security at reception. They held our luggage before we were able to get our room and at check out while we toured the city once more.
Dark alley at night and breakfast a bit too pricey.
Staff so incredibly helpful and pleasant, nothing was a problem. Fantastic location for restaurants.
Charming hotel in a nice location, walking distance to Paris sights. Restaurants, shops nearby. Friendly & helpful staff. Clean rooms.
Enjoyed everything in the hotel.
Receptionist superb. Very welcoming, helpful and spoke excellent English. Location excellent -right by Metro and walking distance to many highlights such as Notre Dame, Marais District, Left Bank landmarks and Seine River. Great local bars, cafés and supermarkets very close.
Nothing not to like about this hotel. Group of three friends all really enjoyed it.
We stayed one night and it was close to shops, good food, and transportation. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They let us keep our bags there long after our checkout and were always ready to help. The room was comfortable, large, and decorated nicely. The breakfast area has a lot of stonework and decorative lighting - very charming!
The internet was a bit slow in our room (top floor) but was good in the lobby. The bathroom fixtures and tile are starting to get old and could be replaced to make it feel more welcoming. Overall this was a fine suite - these details are not very significant.
We stayed in Paris for 3 nights. Having been before to Paris this is certainly the best place I've ever stayed in! Better than a lot of 4 star hotels! The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much for them! The rooms are lovely very comfortable some are a bit small but on a city break it doesn't matter. The breakfast is delicious and very good value. The situation is perfect very closed to a lot of metro station. We will certainly go back again!
most of it, it was small rooms, the view
Easy access to all u need and grest cafes and shops. Deli to buy picnic box and lunch in blissful, luxemborg gardens, walking distance. Wonderful conceirge on arrival.
The staff changeover ,.lucky me they were not on when i arrived with no ph working and no cr card working. The mattress and furnishings very tired and not parisian like the Lys, my first hotel in june. No breakfast. Cd have a menu of coffee and toast/croissant for weary travellers.
Dealvigne hotel has a very nice location, you are close to Notre Dame and Latin quarter (5 min walk to the Latin quarter) while the hotel is located in a really quiet small street, a kind of hidden from all the night noise in Paris. It is very clean, WIFI is working excellent (not those hotels who claim WIFI but the connection is so slow you cannot use at all). The staff is nice and helpful. If you stay there you can go jogging in the morning at Luxemburg park which is 2 min from the hotel. Really good price for what you get.
Location- near St. Germaine busy street and night life and a short walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral. We also walked to the Arc de Triumph and the Louvre from the hotel. It is also very near a train (subway) station but that was closed when we were there. Nevertheless, the location was still excellent. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I booked this hotel for six nights the night before we arrived so its hard to say if the price is right. This was one of the few hotels that had a room remaining. It was about $165 per night in July.
We question if the towels were exchanged and didn't like our belongings moved around. Also, we don't understand why there is a shower partition missing. Its probably to discourage long showers. We did not ask about any of this, though. We were happy enough with everything else.
The front desk staff was very friendly, nice and communicative. The breakfast was very good compare to many other more expensive hotels in the city and Delavigne is a good value for money with quite a big bathroom and a comfortable bed.
Cleaning service could pay a little more attention to details specially in the bathroom. Nothing serious but would improve a already very good and a clean hotel.
Location Clean wifi
No buffet breakfast available
Safe and in a convenient location. Staff seemed nice. I had a favourite staff member too! I loved the heated towel rack.
Three didn't seem to be a fridge?
Beautiful hotel! Nicely appointed rooms were clean and well stocked. Breakfast was lovely. Location was perfect in the Latin Quarter, close to Metro and withing walking distance of many of the sites.
The staff were lovely, room was clean and comfortable
No coffee/tea making facilities
Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, good locati, clean comfortable rooms.
Our room (42) had no plug sockets near the bed could have had more in the room. Tea making facilities would have been a nice to have in the room too
more choice for breakfast
Being 6 months pregnant it was important to find a hotel in easy reach of all tourist spots, this hotel was perfect! We hardly used the metro at all! It was also important to have a good nights sleep. The hotel was very quiet with the best pillows I've ever slept on! Staff very polite too. No bar in the hotel which would have been good, or fridge to put our water in etc breakfast was adequate and reasonably priced for the area but I'd suggest grabbing something from a local bakery instead which is what we did the second morning! Best restaurant we ate at is only a short walk Away, Le Christine" excellent! I would stay here again for a short break (we were here 3 days) but probably not best for anything much longer. Great short city break hotel.
No bar in the lobby, no fridge in the room
The hotel was very attractive and in a good location being in the Latin Quarter. It was only a few minutes walk from the Odeon Metro. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good with plenty of continental choice.I loved the fact that there was a bath - hate showers! All in all, it was a brilliant stay.
Great location, very close to the metro. Short walk to Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens and other popular tourist areas.
Aside from the location, there is not much else to recommend in this hotel. Our room did not look as nice as I was anticipating based on the pictures online. The room was quite small and, in my opinion, not very nicely decorated. There was nothing horribly wrong with the hotel, and I would have been satisfied if it was a third cheaper, but I didn't feel that the hotel was good value for the money, even with the admittedly great location. Also, the WiFi was very unreliable. Couldn't get it to work during a good deal of our stay.
Francesco, the concierge was incredibly polite and helpful. The location was quiet for sleeping but centrally located for food, shopping and the Metro.
The lift was broken for our whole visit over Bastille day weekend, and I had to climb 4 flights but the staff brought the luggage up and down and it was being fixed the day we left. The wifi was spotty and that was a problem to look up restaurants but really, everything else was so great it didn't really matter to us.
Very polite staff, ready to help and assist. Center of the city, beautiful disctrict. Tasty breakfast. Cosy room.
