Easy access from motorway

The unfriendly receptionist when checking in

Well located for access to the Tarn Valley and Cevennes across which I was cycling with a friend for a few days. The Receptionist was very welcoming and the room although quite basic was good value for money. We were also offered secure parking for our bicycles in the garage.

Breakfast was not good and was expensive

I found the hotel to be clean and very basic. However the pillows on the beds need some attention

Out of town location, on route to Cahors. Close to Autoroute.

Takes basic to a new meaning. Simple five channel (French) TV plus one uncomfortable chair were the only things in the (small) room. Wi-fi was advertised but not available when we visited. There were just two thin towels in the bathroom. We hit breakfast at a time that there was no juice, no glasses and you couldn't get near the coffee. When we did get liquid refreshment, the juice was poor and the coffee almost caustic.

Good location for motrway good value for money

Confortable hotel, came to see Millau viaduct while touring France.

Extremely confusing throughout. There are two Deltour hotels in Millau. I booked wrong one to start with. Links and directions on Deltour website, Google maps, Tom Tom and Garmin Satnavs are not clear. Garmin actually had hotel in right place, but address and phone wrong, TomTom had right address, but wrong location. We arrived after 9pm, and had nightmare getting in. Staff of restaurant next door helped us contact hotel staff, eventually. To top it all, discovered in morning car had been vandalised (keyed) - probably in car park - although maybe before we got there and not noticed. No English spoken, and our French not really good enough for this hotel.

Easy to reach, once out of the highway. Has sufficient free parking, closed at night. Has one good restaurant accross the parking. Free internet. The Receptionist on duty was quite freindly.

The hotel description mentioned that we could see the viaduc de Millau from the hotel but this is not true. Bad point. Its a basic no frills hotel and yet the price was more expensive than other much better hotels in Spain for example. It is just correct for you to come in, sleep and go out. The reception closes at 21 hours and the personnel goes out.

Il régnait une très persistante odeur de tabac dans la chambre et même sur les oreillers. Le petit déjeuner était chaotique en raison d'un manque évident de personnel.
