Deltour Hôtel Millau City  

The receptionist was one of the most undesirable persons I have had the displeasure to meet. She was abrupt, unhelpful and to be frank almost rude. We checked in and after doing a tour of the hotel eventually found our room. She actually watched us walk outside looking for the room without saying anything. We immediately left and found another hotel sacrificing the cost of the night rather than put up with her attitude.

Well located for access to the Tarn Valley and Cevennes across which I was cycling with a friend for a few days. The Receptionist was very welcoming and the room although quite basic was good value for money. We were also offered secure parking for our bicycles in the garage.

Breakfast was not good and was expensive

No frills at all but that was reflected in the price

Nice clean hotel, good breakfast. You can see the viaduct from outside the hotel which was the reason for being in the area.

Quite far from city centre. Reception clerks can't speak English (not a word...)

The reception staff was really friendly. And welcoming. I would prefer the option of a smoking room.

Goed gelegen als je op doorreis bent van Nederland naar het zuiden van Frankrijk of naar Spanje. Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd, zeer uitgebreid en voldoende keus.

Helaas deed de airco het niet. Het was een warme dag geweest en de kamer was warm. Uit noodzaak met het raam open geslapen, maar veel last gehad van de warmte en herrie van vertrekkende gasten van het naastgelegen restaurant. De receptie is maar open tot 21.00 uur, wat best vroeg is voor een hotel wat het moet hebben van doorreizende gasten. Wij hadden gereserveerd en aangegeven dat we tussen 21.00 en 22.00 uur zouden arriveren. We kwamen aan om 21.15 uur en alles was dicht. Een wat onvriendelijke dame heeft ons geholpen en haalde, uit een met codeslot beveiligd kastje, een toegangspasje wat wel op onze naam gesteld was. Al met al was alles wel geregeld, maar wat onvriendelijk en zeker niet gastvrij.

Avevo scelto l' hotel quale tappa di in lungo viaggio in Francia e volevo vedere anche le gole del Tarn ( una delusione dopo aver visto quelle del Verdon ). L'albergo è poco lontano dall' uscita dell'autostrada ed a fianco di una brasserie ( la grille) dove si mangia a prezzi modici

L' ospite è di fatto lasciato a se stesso in quanto verso le 19 la reception chiude e non vedi più nessuno fino al giorno dopo. Chiude anche il portone dell'albergo che puoi aprire con un codice che ti danno all'arrivo. La connessione wifi non è di qualità e si disconnete se non la utilizzi per qualche minuto
