Lovely grounds and nice antiques, helpful staff. Setting is peaceful and relaxed. Dinner in the auberge was lovely and good, well presented and you get to chat with chef, owners, etc., but a tad expensive. |

My host was charming and offered generous personal service. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated (a story of renovation) and it was easy walking distance to La Cite. The lovely garden was a pleasure to relax in with a drink and private. Private parking a great asset also. |

We loved this classy hotel - an absolute gem. Beautifully renovated by the charming owner. Breakfast was delicious and we only wished we could have eaten lunch or dinner there as well. The garden was a delightful refuge from the Carcassonne heat. We would definitely stay there again only longer next time. |

High quality decor, sumptuous style, beautiful garden, excellent breakfast - this was a superb place to stay which was about 5 minutes from the sights of Carcassonne. The owner was very courteous and helpful and he drove me to the airport at no extra cost. |

The building was formerly a residence of a bourgeois family. The rooms are decorated beautifully with excellent taste. Although the building is old, bathrooms are renovated and modern. This is a perfect place if you like the classical taste. I also loved this hotel for having good location, private parking, free wifi, friendly and very helpful receptionist. Would love to come back! no elevator |

We wanted a decent hotel near Carcassonne, hopefully with a little style and comfort, and Demeure St Louis far exceeded expectations. The owner has an amazing eye for art and design and every detail has been carefully chosen. The breakfast was delicious and homemade. The proprietor did not speak much English but is very charming and managed to help us find a good restaurant and feel very at home during our stay. |

El hotel es realmente curioso.Tiene encanto, es diferente. 4 plantas sin ascensor que no supone problema puesto que Bernard, el propietario? te sube las maletas con mucho gusto. Nosotros estuvimos en la Michael Sabatier, una habitación que dispone de un salón contiguo de unos 50m.decorado con aire clásico de principios de siglo. La ciudadela de Carcassone es visible desde las ventanas del hotel y está a pocos minutos andando. El desayuno en aquella mesa común preparado por Bernard le da un aire familiar a la estancia. El balance final es muy bueno, estuvimos tranquilos, satisfechos y cómodos. Atención a las chicas: no hay secador en el baño. |

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié ls moments reposants passés dans la Demeure Saint Louis, la quiétude des lieux nous inspirait beaucoup. D'autre part, le patron, très discret, était extrêmement dévoué et entièrement à notre service ! C'est un homme génial et compétent qui connaît parfaitement les besoins du touriste, c'est vrai qu'il a travaillé dans la restauration auparavant. |
