The ambience and hotel general facilities. Despite booking in in advance for 7 nights we were put in a part of the hotel used for one night stays and on a floor with better rooms below. I am sure we got the "superior room" we paid for but suspect that either because of the uplift caused by your commission or the hotels policy we did not get the best value for our money. In addition breakfast at 13 euros each was expensive for what it was. |

Abbiamo apprezzato tutto. Veramente un Hôtel incantevole in un piccolo paese molto pittoresco. Nessuno. Unica precisazione che non si può più cenare nel hôtel ma vi sono ristoranti ottimi e molto romantici in paese. |

Les 2 piscines et le grand parking. Chambre simple mais spacieuse avec petite terrasse Le portail fermé par un cadenas en dehors des heures d ouverture, un digicode avec portail automatique aurait été plus judicieux. |

Cadre agréable,très tranquille pour la plupart des chambres,parking correspondant au nombre de chambres et fermé la nuit,personnel dévoué et cordial,nettoyage quotidien et approfondi des chambres,replacement quotidien des essuies.L'hôtel est situé à quelques centaines de mètres d'un petit port merveilleux chargé d'histoire et de fleurs.Excellent petit déjeuner buffet,à volonté.Plusieurs restaurants de toutes catégories autour du port,dont un "étoilé " Michelin |

Rien ! Petit déjeuner cher pour ce qu'on reçoit et beaucoup d'escaliers pourr atteindre la chambre. Ne convient certainement pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite ! |

Ligging in het centrum van Erbalunga, sfeer van de authentieke gebouwen en de oude palmbomen, zwembad mooi ingeplant in het domein. Kleine opmerking. Zeer mooie ontbijtveranda, ontbijtbuffet voldoende verzorgd. Maar, de opstelling in lange tafels met weinig plaats tussenin maken rustig ontbijten moeilijk als er veel gasten zijn, wat telkens het geval was. |

Le caractère un peu particulier de cet hôtel. Ce n'est pas un relais château comme il souhaiterait un peu se classifier, mais une sorte de demeure bourgeoise du 19ème siècle. Les petits déjeuners buffets sont corrects, le personnel attentif. J'ai également apprécié les courts de tennis gratuits auxquels nous avons accès à proximité de l'hôtel, et qui sont en fait les courts de tennis municipaux. |

Hotel con encanto, ambiente muy tranquilo y cuidado con esmero. Habitación grande, acogedora, bien decorada y limpia. Recomendable. Desayuno no incluido en el precio, caro en relación con la oferta del buffet. |
