One of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in Europe. Firstly the reception guy/girl are so cold.. Secondly only one can enter the lift and it is very tiny and scary lift that opens doors all sides.. And the room is full of stink smell of some garbage and tiney like a pegion hole ... one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed and will never ever recemond any one to stay at this place I did not like any thing in this hotel

We had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. The location is perfect, the staff were extremely helpful, the room was cleaned daily, can't fault the Hotel Derby Eiffel.

The location and the water pressure were literally the only good things about this gross hotel. The hotel room was gross gross gross. The carpets looked like someone died on them, the bed was like lying on the floor and it smelled terrible. The staff wasn't too bad -- well at least the gentlemen working the desk were nice - the women were terribly rude and disrespectful. We were in Europe for over a month and this is by far the worst hotel we stayed in. We almost checked out halfway through to find another hotel but decided against it since the location was so ideal.

Staff was very helpful with directions, getting us a navette, and such. We had a room that looked out the back, and it was very quiet. Thought the room could use new carpet and spreads. They looked tired and used up.

Nao gostei Hotel sem internet gratuita, os funcionarios nao sao simpaticos e o cafe da manha para 12 euros e muito caro para o servico e as opcoes existentes. A noite so fica um funcionario que nao nos ajuda em nada

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ok 10 min spacerkiem do wieży Eiffla, 5 min do stacji metra, obok hotelu liczne restauracje oraz sklep spożywczy.Pokoje małe, ale czyste z lodówka. Niestety klimatyzacja nie działała tak jak powinna, a łazienka nadaje się do remontu.Obsługa ok, poza jednym panem, który był mało sympatyczny.

Vicinissimo alla metro, la posizione: ricca di bar ristoranti e negozi. Vicinissimo alla fermata dei taxi La prima colazione non era compresa nel prezzo. La camera dove alloggiavo aveva il termosifone che durante la notte e per tutta la notte si sentiva il fruscio dell' acqua che caricava.

Molte camere hanno la vista della tour eiffel, gli asciugamani vengono sostituiti ogni giorno assieme a saponette e tutto il resto La camera è molto piccola ma a Parigi è così in tutti gli hotel. La qualità percepita non è ottima, mobili e moquette sarebbero da rinnovare secondo me.
