Good bed! Central location. Clean room. Helpful staff. We are glad that you allowed our dog. Fairly easy street parking.

Poor bathroom; no wi-fi with out an extra payment: very irritating and was an insult. Poor air conditioning when we had 25 c during our stay.

The staff were nice and friendly and I love the Invalides district. Querky but close the all the Paris tourist hotspots and very accessible for the tube. The reception was small but nice enough and the breakfast basement had charm. The style of the hotel is quaint but lovely and everywhere felt clean. It was nice to have a bar and the bar seating area was very convivial.

We room was appallingly small and the bathroom was also far too small. A 3/4 size bath and shower that was too short for my husband to use comfortably. Only one person could enter the bathroom at a time. The light socket was coming off the wall and felt dangerous (room 15). We stayed here before at the rear (courtyard facing). this time were were street facing. We recommended the hotel to the friends were were travelling with on the basis of our courtyard room. We were very embarrassed when we saw the tiny rooms were were given this time. Last time the value for money was fair to good. this time I felt we overpaid for such tiny rooms. (we were staying for the Paris marathon and making it a 3 day city break)

When we complained about lack of air conditioning, management initially said they could do nothing. However. when I asked for a room change, they did so. Location is good for restaurants and the Hotel d'Invalides attractions

Air conditioning had been switched off for the season and hotel refused to put it back on. Room became too hot and windows had to be left open at all times. Noises from street disturbed sleep as a result.

The location is very close to the Eiffel Tower. The room was always cleaned when we went back to the hotel. the staff was nice.

The hot water heater went out for two days but gave us free breakfast which was 50 euro. The breakfast was ok.

The ffellow on reception was very helpful with advice and recommended a great restaurant for our last nightin France. Our room was very quiet and was on the groyund floor just around from reception

The area we had to pass through to our room was crowded with toilet paper rolls and boxes

I love the location - it is in my favorite neighborhood. It's basic and inexpensive - which was fine because we only went back to sleep.

It's a bit old and worn - but since we didn't spend much time in the room it was ok. I would not recommend the hotel if you spent a lot of time in a room - very small and poor internet connection.

I needed to go online and print a train ticket I bought while there. There was only one computer for customer use and the printer was not set up to print the train ticket sent as an attachment to yahoo mail. However the staff that assisted me were courteous and stayed with me til the ticket was printed from their printer! thank you to the staff!

El hotel esta bien ubicado, a pocos minutos a pie de la torre eiffel, tiene una estacion de metro cerca y una parada cerca (Invalides) para tomar el bus turistico. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero confortables.

El ascensor es muy pequeño

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé. La décoration a été choisie avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est abondant. La literie est bonne.

Si l'hôtel a dû être parfait, il a besoin d'une rénovation : salles de bains abimées, peintures à refaire. Le dessous de notre lavabo de salle de bain avait clairement été oublié dans le nettoyage. J'ai essayé un hôtel voisin dans la même avenue, et pour quasiment le même prix et le même genre de chambres, tout était parfait

Como viajei durante o inverno, achei que o aquecedor deixou o quarto "super aquecido", como não se tratava de um aquecedor digital, não possibilitava muito ajustes, o jeito foi abrir um pouco a janela do quarto.

Staff assistance is very quick and friendly.

The breakfast is too poor for 12 euro. The room #2 is terribly COLD. The old heater helps in some way, but it is not suitable for staying in winter.

L'unica cosa positiva era la posizione.

Staff per niente gentile e molto maleducato nel rispondere alla clientela. Camera minuscola (senza il posto per appoggiare due valige). Prezzo troppo elevato per un tre stelle che assolutamente non è!! Quasi 150 euro a notte è davvero troppo, unica cosa positiva la posizione, praticamente sotto la tour eiffel. Nella doccia mancava una porta in vetro (ce n'erano solo 3, quindi l'acqua con la doccia usciva tutta),e facendolo presente al personale dell'hotel ci siamo sentiti rispondere che la doccia si poteva fare anche con tre ante e che dopo avremmo potuto asciugare per terra. é una risposta da un hotel tre stelle?!!?
