The hotel is located in the charming little village of Turckheim. It is only about 6 Km from Colmar which made it convenient to visit the city but retire to the country side for the evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful and seemed very genuine in their approach to customer service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay there again. For us, the following was not a dislike but it may be for some. We stayed on the third floor and there was no elevator. However, we knew that in advance and packed very light accordingly for our stay. We took to our room only what we needed for our stay there and left everything else in the car so there was no problem. For those who pack a lot, the hotel staff will carry your bags to your room, so again there is no problem. There is also private parking for the hotel. |

Excellent service and well staffed; Very acommodating-even called me in Germany to clarify what type room I wanted for stay. Boutique style rooms. Historical building dating from 16 th century. Excellent security during local Wine Fest. |

The hotel is beautifully decorated with antique furniture which flows through to the bedrooms, whilst still maintaining comfort and facilities. The location in town is close to all the restaurants and the tourist office. A little more in the way of a restaurant or snack food. They were kind enough to prepare some bread and cheese to go with a bottle of wine however. |

Edifice remarquable au confort douillet avec un excellent accueil, hôtel personnalisé de bon goût, très bien situé. Excellente adresse pour "goûter" à l'atmosphère alsacienne traditionnelle. |

L'hôtel est très beau et typique, la décoration chaleureuse et le buffet de petit-déjeuner qui est vraiment beau et bon pour tous les goûts. Le magnifique petit dejeuner est tout de même un peu cher ...On ne nous a pas expliqué comment rentrer le soir tard, car il n'y avait personne à la reception lorsque nous sommes sorits dîner. Une chance! Nous avions conservés nos clés. Et joint à la clé de la chambre se trouve la clé de la petite porte de derriere ... que nous n'avons pas trouvé très vite la nuit vers 23.30! Mais ce détail a été vite oublié (par contre sans clé je ne sais pas ce que nous serions devenus!!) |

L'ambiance XVII , douillet et chaleureux.L'ameublement et la qualité du petit déjeuner. L'odeur nauséabonde de la salle de bains indigne du prétendu standing de cet hotel. Pas de baignoire et exiguïté de la salle de bains. La moquette "chaleureuse" et omniprésente est cependant contraire aux règles d'hygiène élémentaires. |

L'originalité du bâtiment, l'accueil discret mais efficace et attentif, la chambre spacieuse et ayant particulièrement plu aux enfants, l'excellent petit déjeuné. L'excellent restaurant où nous avons mangé le soir : l'abreuvoir. Pas grand chose. PEut-être les cloches très présentes mais bien dans l'ambiance du village et pas de la responsabilité de l'hôtel. |
