nice location The rooms were dirty and the internet did not work. The room was slanted and the floor was uneven. |

The people were very pleasant and the rooms were cutely decorated. The location was fabulous. The price was reasonable. The big windows open to the pedestrian street below. There was no blowdryer available or bars of soap (they provide small packages of liquid soap) and the rooms were a bit musty from cigarette smoke. |

Oh, it was so lovely, dont expect trend and a clinical experience. This hotel is an authentic french accomodation. Right in the middle of the old town with loads of atmosphere. It is was so real!. No, we loved it. |

The hotel was located on a city walking/shopping street which had interesting and historical architecture. Also, center of high touristic interest. Tiny room which used a shower/toilet on a different floor. (Two front rooms had separate facilities--all other rooms included facilities.) |

The position! Right in the centre of town. The breakfast room had Louis XV decor. Most unusual for a B & B. We shared the toilets & shower which were not very well maintained. |

Good location - in the heart of the old part of town. There was no WiFi, although this had been listed as a feature at the hotel. This would have influenced our selection, so we were disappointed when this wasn't available. |

Had a very central location in the middle of Bayonne The room smelt of sewerage which was slightly modified by keeping the bathroom door closed. There was no airconditioning or fan and the window opened to a passage so the room was hot. The sound proofing was non-existent so you could here everything happening in ajoining rooms. The bed had one long pillow meaning it was difficult if one person wanted to sleep and the other didn't. There are no lifts so don't stay if you can't carry your luggage up stairs. |

We had a room over looking the area of the chocolate makers in the old part of the city , there were light blue flags for the local rugby team all around the street and light blue flowers on our balcony wonderful . |

Yes. My room was 4-5 flights up windy stairs.They have no elevator. Staff carried my bags up, but as I had to check out very early, I had to get them down myself which was difficult and a pain. Also the banging of my wheels may have awakened other guests...The room was not as nice as I expected for this price. Its no great deal! |

It was clean and the reception was pleasant and efficient. The hotel was very quiet, especially so as it's in a city centre. I would have preferred not to have had to go down one floor to find the nearest WC and shower. At the price I paid, I do not expect to be pampered, so please don't take this as a complaint. |

The manager, staff were very friendly and helpful, it's in a fantastic location in the most beautiful town and the cost is so reasonable |

The location in the city centre, close to cathedral, bus routes and a 15-min walk from the station. The room was basically comfortable. Lack of ventilation - the room window opened into the corridor and the bathroom into a roofed space with no airflow, making the room either hot or noisy. |

Location of the hotel in the center of Bayonne. Price is reasonnable. Would only recommend this hotel to younger people. The hotel is old and not really a "hotel de charme" as described when booking although it is clean and owners are making an effort when welcoming the guests. Nevertheless it is too noisy : you can hear everything from the neighborhood and inside the hotel. |

j'ai apprécié la salle où on prend les petits déjeuner : sorte de musée dans une très grande pièce.J'ai apprécié le calme extérieur et intérieur juste... un petit point la housse protège/matelas s'enlève trop facilement |
