The bed was so comfortable, apparently many guests make this comment. The breakfast was very satifactory, I wasn't hungry afterwards. The room was clean, plenty of wood, good for ambience. The communal areas need upgrading but I suspect that is planned. |

We liked the very friendly, warm welcome. The hotel was cosy and exactly suited us. The en suite bathroom was excellent and modern, but at the same time the owners had also made the most of the original features. The decor was in keeping with the age of the hotel and gave it just the right atomosphere. Just that the bar closed at 7.30 but it was Sunday and the owners explained that this was just for Sunday. |

I really liked the interior of the hotel. It's very nicely situated, close to the town center and the lake. I really appreciated the nice breakfast and the very nice attitude of the staff. We were also regraded into a better category room. The only thing we didn't like, the hotel bar closed at 22:00. |

The young cople is who is runing the hotel is nice and friendly. Some of the hotel rooms are under reconstruction (when they will be finished they be wonderful). |

Excellent staff. Very nice lobby bar and good location in the center of the Gerardmer. Breakfast ok. We did not have to pay extra for the baby bed. |

Very nice and friendly service. Nice atmosphere at the hotel. The room was sprayed with perfume and the smell of the perfume was very strong. The room was a bit cold. |

Hôtel bien situé et facile à trouver en centre ville, accueil sympatique par les gérants et surclassement par rapport à la réservation initiale effectuée. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, chambre spacieuse et agréable. |

Nous avons bénéficié d'un été indien tout a fait exceptionnel pour la saison. La situation de l'Hôtel nous a permis des promenades dans les Vosges (sommet du Honnek) cerfs et biches ont croisé notre route. Geradmer est aussi au centre d'un très belle industrie textile, nous n'avons pas manqué d'y faire quelques achats. Inutile de parler des auberges et des spécialités vosgiennes.... |

L'équipement sanitaire est sans faille.la chambre trés confortable Pour un hotel 3 étoiles il serait souhaitable d'améliorer l'insonorisation à savoir: 1) Les plafonds en solivage devraient être insonorisés 2) la porte devrait être doublée( tambour ou porte insonorisée) |

Das Hotel war leicht zu finden, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolle Lage. Die Verarbeitungsqualität der Ausstattung: ein mal Stecker herausziehen, Stwckdose kommt glwich mit aus der Qand. Stuhl im Zimmer war total aus dem Leim, winmal sitzen uns der wäre zusammengebrocken. |

Pendant notre séjours nous avons particulièremant apprécié : le confort, la tranquillité l'aménagement prévue pour les familles. Les chambres doubles ont une salle de bain un peu étroite. |
