We chose this hotel for its closeness to the train station and drop off site for our hire car. The staff were most helpful and courteous, in spite of language differences. The room was reasonably basic but quite functional, and peaceful. |

Good size room. Free parking (in the street). Nice garden room for breakfast. Quiet residential area but walking distance to town centre. Polite English speaking staff. Tea & Coffee in room. |

I really enjoyed the quietness of my 4th floor room, which overlooked the garden/neighbourhood. Initially I was a bit worried because it (room) had connecting doors to the rooms on either side, but noone was staying in them, so it was fine. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft for me. Overall the room was very clean. As safes are not provided in the bedrooms, I think there are some potential security issues when reception is not staffed. As a 3-star property, I would have expected more in-room facilities, such as multi-language TV channels, mini-bar, and possibly tea/coffee making facilities. |

Very Helpful reception, recommended a restaurant and booked table for us. Very comfortable bed, made up for the small room Poor bathroom, dark and in need of total refurbishment. Not quite 3 star accommodation. |

The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. They helped my sister contact a previous hotel about forgotten items and arrange to get them back. The concierge was the best on our trip. Location to the city center was great. This is an older building. The rooms are well kept up, however, the floors squeak when you are walking on them. There was no shower curtain in our bath. |

very friendly and helpful owner/manager.very comfortable bed in a spacious room.high quality generous breakfast on the terrace overlooking a lovely garden,including a magnificent cedar tree. poor provision of shampoo gel etc.in the bathroom.plastic beakers for drinking water. |

The staff were always helpful and friendly. I would prefer to have a choice of a 'modest' breakfast for no more than five euros; the buffet breakfast was good but at 8.5 euros, and I did not always want to eat and drink much because of my diet. Flexibility regarding breakfast and the price would be a good idea. |

Location, location, location only a few minutes walk to the market, river or business district. The staff was extemely knowledgeable and courteous. The restraunt Eugene was recommended and was the best restraunt we had the pleasure of enjoying during our two weeks in France... excellent! |
