Super Lage, wunderschönes Zimmer (wir wuurden allerdings 2mal upgegraded), aber das ganze Hoel ist in einem schikcen Design und sehr gutem Zustand. Ein Traum war auch das Früstück auf dem Zimmer, kann ich jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen.Alles in allem eine Oase der Ruhe,gerne wieder. |

Alles in allem ein sehr sauberes Zimmer, etwas klein gestaltet aber mit viel Mühe doch noch sehr angenehm dekoriert.Die Nähe zur Champs-Elysees ist fantastisch, zu Fuß sind es nur 3min...... kleine Zimmer.... |

Nice designs, perfect location The air condition is to be regulated from the reception, not from the room itself. It's not really flexible. |

I liked the fact that there was someone at the front desk what seemed like all of the time. Their recommendation for a restaurant was great, and that it was a "boutique" style hotel. The staff was very friendly. |

Everything was just perfect, location, room & staff. We were facilitated with an early check in and nothing was too much trouble for the front desk. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The lift was tiny. |

Design of the hotel and it's room is very trendy. It is very comfortable and fashionable. Location is prefect with only few mintues walk to Champs-Eylsees. Staff forgot to give us towels and leave the toilet brush on the toilet bowl. |

Close to the Main Shopping Arcade - you can find all what you need close to the hotel restaurants Bars, Clubs, Coffee shop ...etc walking destance to the Arc detriumth. Staff are freindly and very helpfull especailly Elise, Anoop & Charles. |

the location and decor I complained at the hotel and have also written a letter of complaint however as yet I have still had no response which I am completely upset about. The only response I have had is this questionaire asking me to repeat myself, which I am I sorry I just do not have time to do. In short all this hotel cares about is taking the money withought providing customer satisfaction and with zero customers service. |

the people were extremely friendly and helpful. the location is excellent and very convenient to get to anywhere. The metro is less than a block away and the famous champs elysees is less than 5 min walk. |

Friendly staff, perfect location to visit Paris, got a upgrate from classic to superior room, great bed, bathroom with rainshower!, perfect airco, large breakfastbuffet, parking space in front of hotel (free in august) + around the corner public parking (22€ /24h). |
