Hôtel des Champs-Elysées  

Absolutely fantastic boutique hotel only a matter of yards from the Champs- Elysees. We stayed in the deluxe room with a jacuzzi bath which made the weekend evermore luxurious on a return from the hustle and bustle of parisian tourism! The reception staff were most helpful in recommending restaurants as well as empathising with my last minute moulin rouge arrangements and reserved 2 tickets for me in the morning of the show! Highly recommend and will be returning asap, I hope the staff read this review as we would like to wish gratitude from room 601.

Staff was OUTSTANDING. Hotel VERY clean and great location.

The room service menu was a bit restricted and took a very long time especially when all the items are served cold and looked like the were pre packaged and bought in.

The elevator is very small (1 person capacity with 1 luggage).

Location near Champs Elysees, metro, taxi, bus stop. Hearty walking distance to Louvre, Musee d'Orsay. Friendly, helpful staff will recommend restaurants, print maps and loaned me a charger for my Iphone. Clean, comfy room with window that opened!

Always hot in the room, but window opened

A warm welcoming environment. The front desk staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. As a visitor I was pleased to know that even though I didn't speak French I was treated fairly and appreciated by the staff there. They answered most questions I had and were extremely pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends while they visit Paris.

Very friendly personal at reception. they have been very helpful. very nice, clean and comfortable room. for its price definitely worth to stay. i stayed there with Alona and had wonderful time. next time Paris, first hotel that we will choose.

price during the days we stayed was very good. but room rates change a lot in this hotel. for the next period that we plan to come to paris, prices were so high. we made our reservation at a different hotel.

Good location (2-3min walk from Champs Elysees), friendly staff, in real life looks like on the pictures. I enjoyed the lights in the room - from full bright to romantic. The bathroom is very spacious and enough space in the room.

Not sure if I want to have breakfast there, although I have not tried. Much noise from the street when you open the window. Conditioner is a bit noisy too. But no big deal.

Space in the room is very small . This hotel is quoted as a 4 star hotel, but I was in a 12 sq.M. Room ! Not enough space even to put a computer on a work desk !

Location

Lacked facilities associated with a 4 star hotel. There was a hole in the wall in the toilet due to work being done and a panel not being replaced, but nothing was done about it when I told the front desk. So the customer service was poor.

Extremely small rooms for the price- I paid just over €200 per night and fund this too high for the experience. If I found this hotel at €90-120 I would return. No real lobby or bar/restaurant/concierge.
