Wifi suuuupppppeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrr slow
The location is great
The smell in the room, the sometimes lousy WiFi
The staff we're brilliant and the duplex room was perfect for the 5 of us with a great view of the sacre coeur
Didn't like the fact you got tea free in the room but had to pay for the coffee
Location (near to city, rather than general location as this was rather shabby) Staff Bed Quietude
Surrounding area was a bit rough Breakfast was potentially overpriced for choice Some fittings in the room were broken, i.e. plugs on walls
Easy access to places we wanted to visit. Excellent breakfast which set us up for our day
This location was very close to a useful Metro station; some terrific restaurants and not really far from anywhere. Was not given a room on a high floor, but one on the ground floor on the street. Turned out to be PERFECT...quiet, large and comfortable.
Location, cleanliness and friendly helpful staff.
Breakfast could be improved with option of cereals.
very kind and helpful staff central location, convenient metro very close
room window could not be opened strange smell noise from family room upstairs
Close to Gare du Nord Excellent Breakfast Helpful Staff Great Location
Friendly helpful staff quiet place
Great location and very friendly staff. Easy walking distance to the center and close to two Metro stations. Would definitely use this hotel again.
good location, nice staff, small room but clean and tidy. A bit expensive, maybe there's a big fair going on. will stay again
The location is great, close to metro & just a few stops to the main attractions. The receptionist speaks good English and very helpful. Good to have a triple room to accommodate a family with older child like us. The breakfast seemed with limited choice & we just went to the nearby cafes with more varieties. It is a comfortable hotel in a good location & i will come back again for the next visit.
The bathroom without shower curtain and the floor got wet all over easily. The flow of the water is too slow for a shower.
Staff were friendly, and as a solo female traveller that was a real plus. They also upgraded me to a triple room which was great. The room facilities were good and everything was very clean and comfortable.
The rooms are on the small side but they are adequate for a stay in Paris, and the location is very good.
Spent two nights here and found it to be a good base for sightseeing in Paris. Walking distance to Notre Dame and Louvre; two Metro lines within minutes. The hotel is fresh and inviting, the bedroom well appointed and the staff, especially Nikki, can't do enough for you. It's like staying with friends. It's my Paris home!
The location is very good, although there are some areas where you feel a little bit insecure. All the staff were really nice and helping in whatever you needed.
The rooms are small, but it's undersntandable in Paris. If you are like my husband and I that plan to visit a lot of places and return to the hotel in the night it's really good, but if you plan to stay a lot of hours on the hotel it can be small. It's far for some places but it's in an area where you can walk, and go by train
Reception was excellent, staff were helpful and friendly beds were comfortable. Towels were plentiful, large and soft. Easy access to metro and good local restaurants in all price brackets. Room safe easy to use
Lift was small - we had to use it 2 at a time Bath very small and no shower curtain meant a pond in the bathroom each day.
Friendly and helpful staff, lovely, clean and comfortable room. Good location for Gare Du Nord and the theater district. Only a short walk to the main Paris attractions such as Notre Dame, would definitley recommend
Nothing to report
Staff where super freindly, they gave us Paris map and explained the best way we can visit the main attractions, also they recommended for us to use the tour buses as we have two baby strollers with us and there is no elevators in France Metro to take you down to the Metro, so it was the best option for us, a little expensive but it was great option at the end, as it saved us a hell of time going straight forward to the touristic places. The room we got was large compared to the avreage room's area in Paris hotels.
The hotel corridors and elevator was very small.
Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff who speak good English. Very good location easily reached by metro. Good choice of restaurants nearby.
Nice cozy small hotel, good location and surroundings ( good bars & restaurants close by). Very nice staff, helpful and kind.
Showet equipment was brøken. Window to technical stuff preventing fresh air in the room.
this is almost a B&B hotel type. very basic clean & comfy. the staff very friendlly & helpful they will guid you where to go in Paris & what to do. the surrondings of hotel is full of resturants & cafes & three metro stations!.
no water free, mini bar is very limited. the area where the hotel located is littile bit unsafe specially at night & after working hours (not toursit area) alot of street boys string at you. you have to look normal to avoid this.
The staff behind the desk are excellent
Rooms are small but apparantly thats usual for paris.
