The room was comfortable. The manager of the hotel was very helpful. Welcoming, engaging and available. For this reason, and that the hotel is very central, I would stay again. The map shows the hotel incorrectly on the main web site. It is no-where near where it says it is! |

Center's location! Minimum conditions but good price if you need only room for night. Friendly and helpful owner of hotel !!! Needs renovation. |

Excellent help/information always available by hotel owner. Conveniently located to beach, designer shopping stores, railroad station. Not having a computer in common area free of charge solely for use of it's guests. Room with balcony O.K., but all rooms quite small. An excellent 2-star hotel. |

The owner, Monsiuer Regis, was incredibly nice! He said the only thing important was that I enjoyed my stay and he made sure of it. I will definitely use this hotel when I come back. It was perfectly situated between the train station, the beach and the shops. Loved everything about it!! Just know that the rooms are not big and it is very near a popular crowded Irish pub (but the noise did not bother me at all.) |

The hotelier was really welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean and although its basic it has a fridge and air con and makes the perfect base on a budget. The location is great - right in the centre, near the beach and near the shopping. |

The hotel needs some renovations, but its location is perfect for everything one may need to do and see in Cannes, the staff is really kind, and the price fairly reflects all the pro-s and con-s. |

The receptionist, Monsieur Regis Croquet, is a really nice person and he's always ready to help and give useful advices. He definitely makes your stay in Cannes a better experience. Good to have a small refrigerator in the room. The elevator is a too small, but there's no room for a bigger one. |

This is a very familiar hotel. The owners were extremelly kind and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very well located. It is close to the beach, to the train station and to the main entertainement places in Cannes. It is a place to return in the future. |

The hotel was ideally placed for exploring Cannes on foot with everything in reach. Parking is not easy as with all big cities but we were fortunate in that the owner allowed us to use the one space directly outside. He could not have been more helpful and it was much appreciated. Breakfast was also a delight. |

Owner was wonderful. Is fantastically located for both the train station and the beach - 2mins each Is next to an irish pub so noise on Friday night was pretty loud until about 2am |

Having read all the reviews, I have to agree. It's the warm welcome and the helpfulness of the owner that makes it a nice stay! Very centrally located too, easy access to beach, conference area and right in the downtown. If you have a car, some beautiful towns in the city are within easy reach, ask the owner where to go! Breakfast (at an extra charge) although nicely served by the owner with orange juice and all, is typically French... sweet sweet sweet. Some paté or Vache qui ri would be a nice addition for us northern Europeans :)) |
