The hotel is in a terrible location - in a middle of a concrete jungle surrounded by social housing and cheap shops. I will never stay there again and it was the first time I was disappointed by one of the hotels booked on Bookings.com. Far too expensive for what it is. The food was not good.

Very professional personell; extremely low price for this level of room and hotel! Very spatious room with a comfortable electricity outlet at a desk for my laptop. When I arrived quite late and tired, I was very happy that the hotel offered dinner. Windows could be opened. The hotel is located in some form of commercial center, which was actually almost completely closed (maybe due to vacation time?) The hotel offers two types of breakfast: buffet and "express". With the information that continental breakfast is included, it is not clear which one. For my rate, it was the express breakfast - on the first day I had the buffet one, as I was not told about the "express" one. Actually, with the "express" breakfast I missed nothing, just the information.

The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was pretty comfortable. I liked that the windows opened so we could get fresh breezes. The breakfast wasn't very good--the coffee was gritty, hot steamed milk was empty, cold cuts tasted old, orange juice was sour, etc., yet it cost 15 euros each. As for the bed, only one pillow per sleeper seems scanty. The way the shower-head was placed on the wall, and the lack of a full curtain, seems designed not to comfortably shower the whole person but rather to fill the whole bathroom with water.

Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Small shopping center out the back with bakery, small restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, tabac. Very convenient. For tourists in Lyon it is a bit far from the center. About 15 min by tram or metro.

Clean and nice room, bed was big enough for two and I found it comfortable, mini-fridge and hair-dryer were nice. Bathtub was another nice thing to have. Hotel was near to tram stop, couple minutes walk only.

Parkeergelegenheid. Koelkastje op de kamer. Engels-sprekend personeel. Dichtbij het centrum. Inclusief ontbijt geboekt. Het ontbijt was een zogenaamd "Continental Ontbijt", bestaande uit 1 kop koffie, 1 glaasje jus en 2 hele kleine croissants. Dat noem ik geen ontbijt! Geen satelliet ontvangst. 2 Hele dunne en kleine hoofdkussentjes. Geen verwarming. Een badkamer met een handdouche dus geen gewone douche. € 50 zou goed betaald zijn voor dit "budget" hotel, zeker geen € 75 inclusief een "ontbijtje".

Hotel genial, a proximité de la salle de concert le Transbordeur ( 10 min à pied). Le personnel est très professionnel. La qualité et le confort dans la chambre et les promotions qui permettent d'en profiter pour un budget raisonnable. Rien à en redire, je retournerai dans cet hôtel avec plaisir.

Goede bedden en ruime kamers. Familiekamer bestond uit twee grote gekoppelde kamers. Omgeving van hotel is vies en niet gastvrij. Personeel was aardig en professioneel. Restaurant was uitermate slecht. Drie gangen "diner" voor € 19,00 klinkt natuurlijk goed, maar was niet meer dan magnetron voer. Tevens geen kindermenu voor handen. Komen hier niet meer terug.

Un prix très correct pour un hôtel situé à quelques minutes du centre de Lyon par le métro ou le tram. Pas de chauffage dans la chambre ; on me prête un chauffage d'appoint bruyant et moyennement efficace. Hôtel vieillissant, mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement.
