the manager was very helpful for directions and subway lines to sites..he also got us a reliable van to airport
at breakfast, we were surprized to notice the staff in charge eating behind the counter
the attention by the guy working at night was not so good, he insisted to much to hire a taxy to the airport
Small room and bathroom, there is no space to move in the room!!! A lot of noise, the staff is not friendly.
Very small rooms
It was clean and near to centre and it was small market and shop near by hotel that was good.
Small hotel and we didnt like the colour of the room which was dark and sad .
The location was great. Nice local market and restaurants. Close to the subway.
First room we were in was overlooking the street and was very loud, small and dusty. We later moved to a triple in the back and it was much quieter and cleaner. Better experience. Rooms are very cramped
Proximity to Champs Elysees Rooms well serviced and cleaned.
Surly and disinterested night staff two of the three nights we were there. Worst hospitality skills with people I've ever encountered and I've travelled a lot. Triple room but really three beds crammed into barely 10 sq m. Cramped even by Paris standards. We had to negotiate every move in the room. Two cups, two tea bags, no milk for 3 people.
I had booked with Booking, confirming my stay with my AMEX card. Prior to my arrival, I have been required ton change the Amex by a Visa/master as the Amex was not accepted by the hotel. I therefore had to do the confirmatoon again. On the sport, I was then required to pay both nights on day of arrival which is quite anusual... The hotel definitly misses the elementary Customer service basics... The place is rather noisy, both Inside and outside.
Location as we were going horse racing at longchamp for prix dul arc de triompe
Size of room , buts that s paris
The staff was excellent and very helpful. The service was very good. The hotel was very clean and tidy and we did enjoy our stay.
The room was to tight. One cup for tea for two people. No glasses for drinking water in the room. Disturb sleep every time someone flashes a toilet in the adjacent room, we could here the noise.
Fridge too small for all my beer
The value of the room not worth the tariff No one helped us with a bags The elevator was small The night shift staff wasn’t helpful
Location. Friendly staff.
You can hear other guests using thier facilities.
- Only hotel available (Paris was very busy) - Location
- Claims 3 stars, looks like a 1 star hotel, Worst hotel I stayed in years: mini bathroom, worn room interior, noisy, scary elevator - Paid 148 €/night during 3 nights - much too expensive - Warning - credit card payment was made by receptionists at arrival, while they claimed they would do a credit card check only
Staff not professional especially night staff receptionist they do not deal good with guest
Staff i do not like any thing of the hotel bad service bad attitude of staff....
Good location Friendly staff
Very small rooms Noise from the street
The hotel is located on a good spot near the city center. Arc the Triumph is just a 5 minute walk. A good hotel for a fair price.
Actually no comment, but if i have to give some i would say the size. I'm pretty tall so i could go with a bigger bath and shower.
The location is good.
All we needed
