Shabby, tired. Carpets dirty and in need of repair or replacment. Stairs very narrow and steep. Sloping ceiling in bathroom left very little room to stand up to take a shower. Bath too small and narrow making it difficult to get out without help. Small bedroom with furniture unsuitable for size.Not a lot of room to move around or put suitcases. Window opened onto internal courtyard which was fillthy with cigarette ends and other debris.

The location is fabulous - we walked to the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and lots of other places - great places to eat or just sit and people watch all around, The room was comfortable and the staff was very responsive. I would recommend it to anyone and will stay there again when I go back to Paris.

Just a lovely small french hotel which had a fantastic location. If you want spas and pools don't book this hotel but if you want a warm friendly hotel for a city break I would recommend thid hotel. The stairs were a bit grubby but that would be my only complaint.

Location: calm little street, a five-minutes walk to everything, - Louvre, Notre Dame, Invalides, Sorbonna... Really tiny rooms(that ones with balcony, on the last floor), - a half meter around the bed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - we could walk to Almost all the sights. When we couldn't, there were metros and trains near by. Was a little noisy.
