Excellent location very near the Seine River. For visitors from the U.S., the lack of air conditioning was undesirable on the hot summer nights. Fortunately, in Paris, it usually doesn't stay hot for very long. However, I would certainly have to think twice about staying there in mid-summer in the future. |

I loved the location of this hotel, so perfect distance to everything in Paris. The rooms gave a away a very clean feel to them, so clean rooms. Due to the location I would opt to stay here for a short 3n. trip again. Its a very basic and clean Europen Hotel. A house computer was available by the breakfast area. To have to drag your suite cases two and three stories to your room was NOT good at all, considering what we paid for it. |

Nice hotel - not really that expensive for expensive Paris, I suppose, and with very pleasant and helpful staff. Small rooms but great location. |

Hardly anything except location. Black and Vietnamese staff lovely. Receptionist couldn't care less. Lousy single room , you fell into bed as you opened the door there was so little space. Cramped and grubby. Will not go again, surprised it's on your books. Lots of cmpetitors in Rue jacob alone. Not value for money at all. Disppointed with your site for once! |

The area in the first place, but also the friendliness of the service and the hospitable atmosphere. A bit expensive for the type of rooms and the comfort offered. |

The front desk staff was knowledgeable, helpful with wi-fi and airport shuttle bus info and when I arrived, even helped me with my suitcase. My room was up one flight of stairs higher than elevator, and on the first morning, electricity was not working. However, electricity was restored within several hours. |

St.Germain hotels are famous for their unimaginably small rooms. Within that context, this hotel was remarkably creative in making space for the guests (especially in the design of wc and using a narrow but comfortable double bed). They have managed to fit in a comfortable bed, a functional wc, a usable wardrobe and a cabinet with 3 drawers, still permitting 2 guests movable space. Don't bother to try the breakfast. Like most St.Germain hotels they are very short in effective and efficient staff. |

Location is the only strong side of this hotel - in the centre of St Germain, 5 minute walk to the Notre Damme, the embankment and the classy Boulevard St Germain. Lots of restaurants, bars, shops, the Latin Quarter is nearby - the location is excellent. However, that's it for this hotel - just the location. I booked a "superior" double room at a higher rate and was expecting a decent room with balcony (as on the pictures). Upon arrival, I was given a crappy small double which deserves no more than 2 stars with garden (wall) view. Total crap. I was expected "to like it" - obviously I didn't, so I complained... and was told that there is no such thing as a "superior double room" in this hotel. |

The hotel has a very fine location in the heart of Paris, close to all the major museums and in a very quiet quarter. It is a nice typically Franch hotel. |

Location, the room, the big flat screen tv, the large bathroom, being able to regulate the heat. The wc too close to the tub and the bathroom was a bit cold - but lots of hot water at all times! |

Hotel positioning in Paris is super but the room photos are very misleading. The Bathrooms need renovating because they are definitely not in line with the price paid. The entrance says 3 stars ahahha whatever. Those bathrooms are one star at best. |
