The staff were great, I actually learned some French off them. As the room was at a reduced rate it made it very good value for money. And the position perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel. |

It is a well-designed layout of hotel built into a great location retaining much of the building's original character, but needs an update of services and personnel to gain higher occupancy. There is one old, angry member of staff usually on the nightshift who does not value the business and treats guests like they are a nuisance, with sarcasm, threats and intimidation. He also sometimes locks the doors and turns off the lights so he can sleep at work, rendering the premises 20hrs and jeopardising the 3-star status. |

Great location. Although we got our room at a discounted rate due to a mix-up by the hotel, I still thought the hotel was overpriced for what we got. |

It was a good location with lots of shopping and restaurants. At first they gave aus a room on the third floor with no elevator. We said we cannot go to the third floor with luggage etc. So they gave us a room on the second floor and charged us 30 euros. We paid it because we had no choice, but it is something that you should know, On your website it said we would stay in the second floor with no elevators which was fine, but then they tried to force into the third floor. |

convenient location for PARIS sightseeing. It was dissatisfaction that the floor of the bathroom was soaked immediately when I took a shower because the shower room did not have a door. |

The situation was very convenient. The staff from Friday onwards were very helpful and cheerful. They were most helpful with the change of rooms and moving our luggage. They redeemed the situation. Our reception on Thursday 16th July was less than welcoming. The room allocated was poor, very small with no chest of drawers. There was a panel missing in the bathroom ceiling. It fell well short of what we had expected given our previous stays at this hotel. We requested and achieved a move to room 142. This was available on the first night but it had not been cleaned. It was a much better room if rather noisy. |

the fact it was very close to metro station plus nice area - television did not function for 3 days, although I told them... Bad communication between the staff- my night gown was on the floor twice! after they made the room - there was no single drawer or anyway two shelfs at least where to put cardigans, underwear etc |

Excellent location very near the Seine River. For visitors from the U.S., the lack of air conditioning was undesirable on the hot summer nights. Fortunately, in Paris, it usually doesn't stay hot for very long. However, I would certainly have to think twice about staying there in mid-summer in the future. |

I loved the location of this hotel, so perfect distance to everything in Paris. The rooms gave a away a very clean feel to them, so clean rooms. Due to the location I would opt to stay here for a short 3n. trip again. Its a very basic and clean Europen Hotel. A house computer was available by the breakfast area. To have to drag your suite cases two and three stories to your room was NOT good at all, considering what we paid for it. |

Hardly anything except location. Black and Vietnamese staff lovely. Receptionist couldn't care less. Lousy single room , you fell into bed as you opened the door there was so little space. Cramped and grubby. Will not go again, surprised it's on your books. Lots of cmpetitors in Rue jacob alone. Not value for money at all. Disppointed with your site for once! |

The area in the first place, but also the friendliness of the service and the hospitable atmosphere. A bit expensive for the type of rooms and the comfort offered. |

The front desk staff was knowledgeable, helpful with wi-fi and airport shuttle bus info and when I arrived, even helped me with my suitcase. My room was up one flight of stairs higher than elevator, and on the first morning, electricity was not working. However, electricity was restored within several hours. |
