location is close to train/tram and many tourist attractions.
how could this be a 4 star hotell? it looks at most 3. Too expensive. Tiny rooms, really tiny, slow wifi, small lobby, nothing extra. Bathroom ok.
Tv broken Light bulbs broken Shower head slipped down Fridge not stocked every day Drunks in street very noisy
Hotel is very close to RER B main line from CDG Airport, also the metro is very close. The location is very central for a lot of viewing attractions.
The room was quite small but it was comfortable. The lift door needs a bit of lubrication as it made a bit of noise when people were returning late, otherwise no real complaints.
I loved the decor and the location. The reception staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and well kept.
I thought the breakfast was poor and the waiting staff very rude and unhelpful. Breakfast is served until 10:30 but when I arrived at 9:30 there was no food left and I had to repeatedly request for more to be put out. The cooked food was cold and the eggs looked like they'd been there for hours. The two female members of staff at breakfast were also arguing or shouting at eachother throughout breakfast. Very strange and disappointing for the extortionate price!
Very good location
Old matresses, sleeping not comfortable
Location, friendly staff!
Excellent location, extremely clean, bed sheets changed every single day. Incredibly helpful reception staff (Floraine in particular). Great wifi, comfy bed. Free computer and printer use in lobby to check in on our flight. Excellent shoe cleaning machine at bottom of stairs.
Room was VERY dark. No bath even though it was a superior room. Room was different to what was shown on confirmation booking email. No safe in room (one was brought in by maid, was locked, rang reception, they said it might be in use by another guest?! Safe remained in our wardrobe, locked for our whole stay!) Walls are paper thin, received a wake up call an hour early despite stating 8.30am twice! Body lotion was empty and not replaced.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable
I was a single female in a strange city and there was no room service at night. The night staff told me in a rude manner that there was no room service and when I asked for some Pringles as I was hungry even that was declined!! When I complained when booking out as I was asked about my experience, it was clear that they just asked as it was a habit, not because they cared at all about the answer.
The location of this hotel was perfect for almost all of the things we wanted to see in Paris. The staff was so helpful and patient with us. We were staying for three nights and the first night our room was right by the elevator, which was very noisy. We asked to change rooms and they immediately found us another which was much quieter.
lack of hygiene in breakfast roomvery very poor breakfast certainly not worth even half the charge reception check out staff not interested noise at night etc etc
Excellent location for many key attractions and transport links. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with good double glazing and air conditioning
Very convenient to appreciate old Paris. Every thing is in a walking distance.
The room is tiny and there is no bath tub.
Proximidade de todos pontos turisticos Proximity of all turistic attractions
The condition didn't work. I told about it to the stuff but it wasn't repaired. The rooms are small and the renovation had not been done for many many years. Extremely overpriced
location, quality of furnishings and good value express breakfast
size of ''superior'' room - it was very small; only one lift for guests and staff
Location, location, lovation
The guy in the reception toled me : only one key cart for both of you, I surprised and toled him : here is paris not a village. You are charging me 350 Euro per day but you like to give us only one key??
The location is good!
the rooms are very tiny, the quality of the beds, extremely expensive for what it is!!
We liked room 13 but didn't like room 36 on our return. Very small and cramped.
Room 36 too cramped. Wifi not good. Breakfast very poor and service poor. Poor value for breakfast 17 euros far too much. Apart from a cuppa tea and some fruit there was nothing else I could eat as need gluten free diet as advised. Also tea and coffee in rooms not sufficient.
The location was great. I caught the train from the airport to the station that was just a short stroll to hotel. The room was small but adequate for a solo traveller, would have been a squeeze for two people. The staff members were all extremely friendly and more than ready to help in any way so that made up for a lot of the negatives.
The bed had an actual dip in the middle and is long overdue for a new mattress. I had to sleep on the flattest section of it. Tiny bedside table so when I picked up the phone receiver , the whole phone fell to the floor and stopped working altogether. Staff member came to fix promptly though. Bathroom shower had no screen at all so when showering the spray went all over toilet seat and it had also lost all it's spray jets so that there was a powerful jet that blasted from the middle, enough to almost knock you out (ha ha) . Then the sink was blocked so took forever to drain. On my second morning while running the water into it, suddenly the drain hole ejected someone's old plastic cover from disposable razor back into bowl.... YUK !!! The breakfast was worst I'd had over the month I travelled through Europe. In the cellar, a bit stuffy, 12 tables and limited selection of cereal and no espresso coffee. The upside of the hotel was it's staff members, so I'm sorry about the bad side of my review because they were all lovely.
Best Western offers a predictable standard and quality and this was no exception. Solid 3 star facilities. 5 Star location. 3 blocks from Notre Dame and the river. Staff spoke enough English to be quite helpful. Little street noise. One block from the Point du Neuf subway stop.
Rooms were understandably small.
Hotel location - the center of Paris. We walked everywhere on foot. Near the hotel - best museums, good restaurants, Notre Dame de Paris. Wonderful view from the window
Very small room, but for two people - what we need.
The reception staff were excellent especially Farrah. She went out of her way to be helpful. Housekeeping and breakfast room staff were good.
Our first room was so small we had difficulty in passing between the bed and the wall. I had to use my husband's suitcase as a bedside table as there was not one in the room. We were moved to a larger, more comfortable room the following day thanks to Farrah.
the location. It's very close to RER Chatelet station and Louvre museum.
It's too small even for me only. It was supposed to two person room. I can't believe it.
