This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. I am a bit compulsive, especially about my bed, and I was very pleased with the fresh clean sheets and the state of the room. The free internet laptop in the lobby was also a plus. The staff provided us with a place to store our luggage for the whole afternoon after we had already checked out so that we could continue exploring Strasbourg. It was incredibly convenient and we felt very safe. The location could not be better! |

It was completely uncomplicated to arrive early in the day, to store luggage for a day, to come late for breakfast, and so on. The staff (all: cleaning, kitchen, and reception) made you feel very welcome. Cozy and situated in a small quiet alley in the very middle of everything, the hotel was always just around the corner. The only thing missing was a space for smokers to sit and communicate inside the building. And there is a huge machine which hums away night and day. But it is very subtle and not of major offense. |

The hotel is very well located in the center of the lovely Strasbourg, whithin a 5 minutes walk to every point of interest, Cathedral, Petite France, Quais, etc. Easy and incredibly cheap access to and from the airport, one-way tram+train transfer for 3.60 euros!!!! |

Very good location, just few steps from the tram station Grand Rue. Staff was very nice, speak English. Also there is a storage room for baggage. Room was quite spacy, tv, internet connection for free. The breakfast was quite poor and expensive €8. There was no problems, but hotel didn't look very safe. No elevator, so I had to bring my bags of 20kg myself to the 3d floor. |

Free wireless internet. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly receptionist. Great location. No hot water in the middle of the night??? But otherwise no complaints. |

Excellent location in the city center, very clean and large room with wonderful atmosphere (we booked a double room and we got a family room for the same price!). Very good and free WiFi connection. If you look for a cheap parking try the "Parcus" Ste. Marguerite near the Musée d'Art Moderne (Rue Molsheim) The shower was quite small and I did not like the shower curtain... |

Location right in the center of town. Nice interior after recent renovation. Friendly staff. Reasonably good breakfast for the money paid. Free internet. Great price. Size of the shower cabin was so small I could barely fit there, and I am a person of an average size. Some staff members could speak better English. Room was a bit too small too but for the price paid it was ok. We had consistent problems with sending files over the Internet - apparently, some fixing of the server is needed. |
