Best Western Hôtel des Francs  

Abbiamo prenotato per una notte, dal 28 al 29 aprile 2013, una camera matrimoniale. Sono state confermate le precedenti esperienze della catena Best Western. La struttura, dotata di camere ampie con bagno privato anch’esso comodo e confortevole, di ascensore, di parcheggio privato gratuito, gode di un’ottima location davanti alla cattedrale ed il centro di Soissons è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La struttura è gestita da uno staff di ottima professionalità, gentilissimo e cordiale. La pulizia della stanza e della struttura in genere, si è rivelata di elevato livello. La colazione è di ottimo livello con cibi freschi e confezionati ed è caratterizzata da una notevole varietà di scelta. Molto buono il ristorante interno. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è senz’altro riferimento per futuri soggiorni.

It was an excellent hotel with superb facilities and very comfortable in all areas. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful at all times.

New hotel with a lovely design. Very quiet room, huge confortable bed. We slept so well. Prompt and great room service. Recommended. Only 2 min from the city centre, free parking.

Hard to find

Location was ideal for our overnight stop, sufficient onsite parking during our stay in August. Staff were very good, as was the room.

We were very happy wirh our stay at the hotel and plan to return on our way back to England. However we would appreciate a vegetarian option on the menu or a light cooked meet option e.g.veal or turkey escalope. Thank you

I loved the decor and it's contention to the regions history. We used the hotel as a stop off point as it is close to cd airport. There are actually a lot of walks you can do in the region and I would use the hotel as a base for doing day hikes the restaurant is very good

The room was hot and not airconditioned it was okay once we realized this and opened the window. The shower had no direct light.

Great view from our window, food was excellent in the restaurant.

The hotel charged an additional 15 euro for a room with air conditioning, which did not operate like one would expect, ie providing a cool atmosphere. It did not lower the temperature of the room, however, it did make an annoying humming sound through out the night.

very modern facilities very clean rooms and we were very happy to stay here, the town centre is near by and lot of grand houses surround the hotel area.

We arrived Sunday afternoon. We were not warned the restaurant was basically closed except for bar meals. The standard of this food was very poor, my wife ordered omelette and chips and was presented with a microwaved egg thing with oven chips, dark brown and limp. After complaining and waiting ten minutes a virtually identical mess was delivered. The waiter showed impatience and removed the meal again. We eventually settled for a Ceasar salad. We chose this hotel because the restaurant was recommended, we were disappointed.

A quiet and attractive location. Rooms were pleasant with large beds and showers. Both dinner and breakfast in-house were ideal for travellers. Did not have time to try the gym/water facilities. Good parking area.

L'accueil, la propreté, la qualité de la literie. Le restaurant mérite sa présence dans le guide Michelin.

Nous étions mi-mai et il ne faisait pas chaud à l'extérieur. Heureusement que l'avenue n'est pas trop fréquentée la nuit et que nous avons pu laisser ouverte la toute petite fenêtre durant la nuit parce que le système de conditionnement écolo n'est pas encore parfait. Ils en sont conscient.

Le choix de "Quel type de voyageur êtes-vous " dans votre formulaire est stupide, nous ne sommes ni un couple jeune, ni un couple d'âge mûr, nous n'avons ni 25 ans, ni 85 !
