Great location. Helpful staff. A place to hang your hat while exploring. Not luxurious but clean, quiet and minutes from everything you want to see.
Small room but not too bad.
Excellent location ; close to everything
Could be more luxerious
Location is very good
Room is small. Met problem on using the Wifi by Windows 7 notebook computer. Looks like the wifi AP is old.
Best place to stay, only 2 mins away from Chatelet metro. Kind & helpful staff.
Staff did not speak much English so it's great if you want to practice your French. Great pâtisserie/boulangerie next door. Great location close to the Louvre and the Seine.
Neighborhood was very noisy at night. Wifi was intermittent and spotty.
location, very clean and quiet! room, kitchenette in the room, friendly, helpful staff
The location is great, right in the centre of Paris, close to everything. All the staff were lovely. 24hr reception. The room was a decent size with good facilities and a balcony with a great view which was a pleasant surprise!
There was a fan but no air-con in our room. It was ok for us but might be a bit hot in the height of summer.
Comfortable mattress;Kitchen facilities;Bath; Central position.
Noise from the street with the window open.
central location, nice breakfast, helpful staff
no air conditioning
The kitchenette was very handy, location was great, near cafés, restaurants and a bakery.
Bed was small, small room, no air conditioning so we had to open a window which was noisy.
Fantastic location. You will not get better. Very clean and spacious for Paris standards.
This hotel would have been perfect if not for their beds. Mattresses are more like sponges without any support. Both my wife and I woke up with sore backs every morning because of the poor beds. (All this disappeared when we checked into our new hotel after Paris). Good comfortable beds are absolutely critical to tourists after a long day of visiting the city. The hotel has no air conditioners.
Stayed for three nights. Location, walk to louvre, notre dame, metro down the block and easy to get around, room was typical European small room but comfortable. Bed was surprisingly comfy. Not on main road so quiet.
Really tiny elevator
Nice hotel with a great location, decent sized rooms for paris, including bathroom and kitchenette. Clean, and the bed was really comfy. We stayed on the 5th floor, and on the first night left the window open to get the breeze. I awoke in the middle of the night with a cat making itself comfortable on my chest! It was friendly enough and didn't mind being taken back outside...
The room was virtually a sauna, with a noisy fan that did nothing for the heat. In addition, when we went to book it said breakfast included but it turned out that it wasn't included. Definitely overpriced for the accommodation, we've been to Paris numerous times and this was the worst accommodation we have stayed in.
Helpful staff, metro station is so close.
at night so noisy of people shouting because near to bar
Location was brilliant .would recommend this hotel to anyone .will be returning for definate .bed was the most comfy I have slept in .little kitchen in room with fridge .hair dryer provided .the hotel recommended a brilliant restaurant and with the card the hotel gave we got 2 free starters on presenting the card before ordering .
Cleanliness, helpful friendly staff, and the fan in the room
Couldn't open the window at night to let air in as the street was too noisy.
The location was great and the price we paid. Lovely view from the top floor and you can go downstairs for brilliant patisseries and a bit of night life. The atmosphere was great, the staff were accommodating with an early check-in request. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were really good and well planned to ensure maximum space and easy use.
Excellent staff, very helpful Very clean Comfortable Great location Good value Would definitely return
Staff very helpful Centrally located Mini kitchen
No airconditioning too hot to sleep. Breakfast expensive for whst was provided. Room too small I had to climb over my husband to get out of bed so no access either side of the bed.
Location is blocks from Louvre, Notre Dame, meters to metro, many good restaurants, great bakery next door for breakfast, ATM very close, elevator, good views/low noise on top floor. We had a studio apt for 4. 2 miles to train station. Good A/C and ok WiFi
Fairly basic but ok since we were out all day. If the staff isn't at the desk, you can't get your key to get in your room since you turn it into them each time you leave. Pricey for what you get but you get a very central location.
Location.. Location.. Location..
It was very hot the couple of days I was there, some 34C (95F) and with no A/C the floor fan could not do much.. (Windows had to be shut due to street noise...)
That they have now got a watercooler, even though ducted aircon would be preferrable for the price the hotel is earning. Location is the best.
One tea bag and 3 milk for 4 person s.No soaps etc just one large dispenser for all uses.Again, for hotel price, expect more luxury items.Maybe family rooms have less. They usually do.
a bit noisy if you open the window
