The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, whilst the room was clean, comfortable and a good size. If you are carrying a lot of luggage, it can be a problem that you have to take the stairs to the first floor to catch the lift. |

Très bien placé dans le centre de Rennes, ascenseur, grand lit confortable Situé sur place très animée, il faisait beau, toutes les terrasses des bars étaient remplies, donc assez bruyant jusque assez tard! Bruit de fond ressenti malgré 2 portes coulissantes |

J ai apprécié le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel a l' accueil mais aussi le rendement qualité/prix. Pour les personnes qui souhaitent découvrir le vieux Rennes c' est l endroit parfait; a proximité des multiples places et proche des rues piétonnes : c' est un parfait compromis. Eventuellement l' accès à l ascenceur qui se fait à l'étage; le bruit des portes qui claquent le matin lorsque les personnes quittent leur chambre; c' est peut-être plus une question de respect d' autrui et d' éducation des occupants. |

Comme tout le monde, la situation très centrale. Problème ponctuel certainement : l'ascenseur était en panne... A vérifier par téléphone avant confirmation. Autant la chambre était propre, autant les vitres étaient sales. |

Central, tres bien situé (place des Lices) avec un confort moderne. J'avais fait ce choix car il était indiqué sur la fiche "parking", ce qui est inexact. Le stationnement est problématique et cher (parcmètres ou parking municipal fermé dès 21h) |

L'accueil est comme il faut, sans trop ni trop peu. Les chambres sont propres, le lit juste confortable. Le bruit de la rue, surtout un samedi soir. L'ascenseur et tout petit, et nécessite de gros bras pour ouvrir la porte et la maintenir ouverte. |
