Location is excellent. It's 1/2 block to the metro station on the yellow line, which is basically the backbone of the Paris metro system. It goes straight to the major tourist destinations and connects to all of the other lines. The room was small but not ridiculously so, and it was well maintained. This was my third stay in Paris this year. This was the best deal so far. |

Friendly, helpfull staff. No elevator and typical Parisian narrow steep stairs, which was fine by me except for having to carry my suitcase up and down the stairs and trying not to make much noise...like most Parisian hotels, the room and bathroom were very small, but that's to be expected! |

The hotel situation was very good for visiting Paris. Luckily our bedroom was at the back, otherwise it would have been very noisy. Sadly, the bathroom was very small and rather old. Needs freshning up!! |

When we arrived, the man i presume was the owner let us freshen up in another room because our room wasn't quite ready ( check in is 3, it was 11am). He was very pleasant and more than accommodating. |

The only good thing of staying at this hotel was the proximity to the Arc de Triomphe, the metro station and also a few metres walk to catch the bus to go to the airport. The room was very small. Having a shower wasn't a nice experience. I did not have a second one, just to avoid to touch that filthy curtain. The pictures shown on their website do not reflect what you get when you are there. Also the lift is very small: it allows only 1 person and 1 cabin size luggage at time. |

The situation on underground line n° 1 is excellent, in the street (rue des Acacias) there are plenty of small shops and restaurants. The breakfast room did not appear very friendly, but there was no obligation to take breakfast at the hotel, so we went to a nearby bakery |

Accueil professionnel et aimable (y compris au téléphone), présence d'un réceptionniste tard le soir (arrivée 23h30). Accès internet wifi gratuit depuis la chambre, non annoncé sur le site. Petit déjeuner copieux. Décoration vieillote mais tout à fait acceptable, surtout compte tenu du tarif et des autres prestations. |

Le personnel est très aimable Le confort est très sommaire pour un hôtel à 70 euros la chambre single...Les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées, on profite du pipi et du réveil du voisin, et l'isolation thermique est très mauvaise : il fait vite froid. |

le silence, la literie est bonne. bien que la chambre soit minuscule tout y était.Cela suffit pour une nuit pas pour un sejour de plusieurs jours les couloirs , les portes sont tres vétustes les escaliers étroits |
