The room was big with four single beds, clean, and functional. The children enjoyed the face painting, balloons, and magic show at night. The lobby was fun with a pirate gadget going up and down a rope. As others mention, the Euro 36 dinner buffet was too expensive, particularly since alcohol was extra (the self-service wine was practically alcohol-free). There was no alternative in the vicinity. I recommend the hotel to consider other restaurant facilities or menu options. Furthermore, at checkout, when I asked the receptionist to print out my bill as I made several charges, she refused saying that I could read them on the screen. I found this unacceptable behavior and recommend hotel management to instruct receptionists to print out invoices if a guest requests it. This is standard practice in many hotels I've stayed. The other staff were all very helpful though.

Le fait que le restaurant soit un buffet à volonté Ma reservation a été mal faite car j'avais reservé pour deux nuits et j'ai eu doit qu'à une seule nuit. Par ces temps difficile l'hotel est trop chère pour une famille

De ligging bij pretpark Nigloland is geweldig! Dit pretpark is voor kleinere kinderen een echte aanrader! Vanaf 1 meter mogen ze bijna overal in. Het is een mooi en luxe hotel. Ook het eten is geweldig. Het buffet is incl. wijn en frisdrank en het ontbijtbuffet kost meer eur 7 ipv eur 13. Iedere avond kunnen de kinderen geschminkt worden en staat er een ballonnen man. Ook is er iedere avond een goochel show. Het is een piratenhotel, maar er is geen piraat te bekennen. Bovendien is de goochelshow wel erg goed, maar er wordt veel gepraat en als je geen Frans verstaat wordt het snel saai. Het buffet is voor kleine kinderen erg duur.

Hôtel juste à côté du parc, super pour le dépaysement au pays des pirates. Les enfants ont adoré le décor, les activités maquillage et sculptures de ballons, le spectacle de magie et le passage de Niglo- Pirate le matin. La chambre est spacieuse, calme et bien équipée. Le buffet à la taverne des pirates est très varié et de très bonne qualité.

dit was niet onze 1ste ervaring met des pirates jammer geen frigo op de kamer gelukkig is het personeel heel behulpzaaam zodanig dat we de geneesmiddelen voor ons kleintje van 11 maand in de prive frigo mochten zetten waarvoor dank mvg fam struyve lannoo uit tielt belgie

La grande chambre avec 2 lits de 140 est confortable, la salle de bains est grande, les toilettes sont séparés, il n'y a rien à dire sur la propreté, le confort et surtout l'espace Les portes d'entrée des chambres sont bruyantes (pas de groom pour les retenir) et j'ai du être présent le jour où il y avait un concours de portes claquées !
