very kind and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, good location, everything you need :)
a teakettle in the room would be fantastic
Reception extremely friendly; clean room and a comfy bed
there were some construction works right next to the room and banging walls started as early as 8 am and didn't stop until check-out
Calm, Clean & lovely breakfast
Bed mattrass; not bad but ... heating system
Staf was the best of.
Kindness of the staff and especially the lady at the reception. Comfort and location as well.
The wireless connection was poor sometimes especially in the room.
Comfortable, clean, modern room: Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Not all rooms are renovated.
Very clean hotel located in a pleasant neigborhood.
It takes approximatly 15 min by foot to get to the city center. We arrived in the evenign and it was a bit challanging to find a parking place.
I like very much this hotel, I always stay here when I go to Strasbourg. It has large rooms, very clean and the staff is great. I highly reccomend it
The only thing that I didn't enjoy this time was that, unlike previous times when I stayed at this hotel, breakfast was not included , so I had to pay extra 13 euros per day. Probably the policy of the hotel changed...
The sfaff is profecional and friendly. The location is fair so as the restaurant.
staff was friendly and professional, after my complaint about the noise and that I could not sleep whole night, staff offered me a compensation (a breakfast)....
from my room on 2nd floor I could hear elevator, couldn't sleep; also when someone else from up or down was taking shower or using toilet you could hear it very well. ;(
Staff was extremely nice and helpful, wi-fi worked great and there was pretty much everything in the room you might need. The iron and ironing board was delivered within minutes.
There should be more outlets by the bed, considering use of electronic devices.
Friendly and effecient staff, rooms which are both individual and slightly quirky, good breakfast, free wi-fi and a convenient location for meetings in the European institutions in Strasbourg.
Staff, room service quite ok, room is big enough, bed a nice surprise for a 3 star, bathroom new but classy old style
Thin walls and a very old carpet (have to open the windows every time you get in). The rest is quite fine for a 3 star.
All aspects of a very comfortable stay: calm, clean, good room service, very friendly and helpful staff, good food and great location near botanic garden.
A shower curtain would be great!
Very helpful staff Spacious room
A little difficult to find using Google maps
general inside look comfortable kings bed excellent breakfast well trained staff
only one entry badge per room
For leisure it is away from the most touristy area and the Governmental buildings of the European administration It's close to city bike stations in a cozy neighbourhood. It has low traffic and many bikers. Good wifi coverage across all areas of the hotel. I didn't use it but it has room service 24/7 and laundry service Nice breakfast, could be less elegant if that meant a bit cheaper too (10 eur per person).
No kettle or cups in the rooms. No little fridge. weak Wifi for office purposes (remote desktop for example)
Quiet surrounding, clean hotel. Friendly staff.
Finding a parking space might be difficult.
The rooms look very nice
the sink in the bathroom but a very small thing in comparaison to the rest
location. At the limit of the free parking zone of Strasbourg, so just park a bit to the North of the hotel easily, then use public transport (fast, reliable)
water noise in the toilet, a bit of noise with the hinge of the bathroom
No parking and no restaurant
clean, nice breakfast, friendly receptionists.
location: no parking at the hotel (only to unload/load), had to park in the surrounding streets but in a busy city, there were hardly any parking spaces free. No public parking nearby.
Parking can be an issue
I think my room was brand new so everything looked nice & clean, tip top! I'm never impressed with hotels in France but this one did! The breakfast was also excellent with hot & cold buffet. It was also walking distance to Parc Orangerie where I had my seminar. Charlotte at reception, who spoke French, German and English was extremely friendly & helpful.
no parking at the hotel but found heaps around the park...
