Staff members were all very friendly and helpful. All spoke English. The hotel is located in centre of Caen, close to all attractions.

The room was newly renovated - all cripy and clean. The staff went the extra mile to make sure we had a good time - they have negotiated for us the D-Day tour and even got us a discount and 3 seats at last minute. The restaurant colocated was amazing - great food, service at reasonable prices! I DO recommend!

Parking a bit complicate.

Clean. Central location. Helpful and smiling receptionists. Nice breakfast. Street parking close to the hotel - if none available, large public underground Parking space 10 mins walk only.

Lift manages to stop between floors! Car parking in Caen not motorist friendly but if you are visiting castle, park there - free.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. We asked about places to eat and things to see and they very easily showed us maps where things were. We would stay here again!

Awesome bathroom. One of the best showers I've ever had in Europe. Bed was big and comfortable. Location of hotel was perfect.

Comfortable clean hotel in the city center close to everything.

Stuff was friendly but their English was so basic that they couldn't explain enything or understand a question. They agree with your phrase but it doesn't mean that they understand it. I had to pay more for the car parking because they don't explain properly the procedure. The first night there were a very loud music from outside till midnight

Very friendly staff. Free wireless. I easily found parking for my car. You can't be much more central to Caen. Very comfortable beds. On the forth floor the rooms have a small balcony with a nice view. I will definitely come back here when visiting Caen.

The rooms and bathrooms are small, but this will really not stop me from coming back.

The hotel is situated very close to the Caen castle, since this was the main reason for the visit we liked it a lot. good rooms, no problems there overall nothing exceptional but good value for meny

The location is close to shopping and several food choices.

Parking is a problem! VERY limited parking in front of hotel or 100m away lot - and it is ALL metered. Currently, there is a large pay parking lot under the castle that is 500m away. Being close to a pedestrian shopping and restaurant area puts a strain on the parking situation. Peeling paint on the ceiling of our room was also a bit off putting.

The decoration in the hotel and room was very nice.

It was very inconvenient having only a bath with a shower attachment. I booked a double room but we were given a triple room. The room was only small so although the decor was great goodness knows how we would have coped with a teenager in the single bed. The tables for breakfast were set as individual places on trays which was very restrictive. Four trays to each table; probably set for ease of clearance, but I spread onto the other trays anyway!

The staff was wonderful. We cannot speak French, yet they were very patient with us and helped us in English. Great at directing us to sites and spots around town. Best bed we have ever slept in!!!!!! Great location!
