Great location

The room was bare at best and small, but had threadbare look and no closet. Good bathroom and bed, but rest of room needed major makeover

The breakfast in our room, the wonderful bed and good shower, and close proximity to shopping and sightseeing. We left a bag in the hotel, and we were already at the train station. We called the hotel and they were a great help to us, and they sent a taxi with the bag.

The room was very small, especially for the price. We reserved a taxi, and as soon as we entered the taxi there was already a fee of 15 euros. We cancelled the taxi, and did not have to pay. We found our own taxi and it only cost us 10 euro total.

The location was perfect! Very clean room,The bed was very comfortable. very nice and helping staff.

the room vas a bit too small. Also there was no coffee or tea in the room.

Our suite was just perfectly equipped, had ample space to hang clothes and was elegantly decorated.Also very quiet and discreet.

The breakfast buffet was rather cramped and difficult to see the goodies on offer. Coffee not the best we've had, but otherwise good food.

The staff was wonderful. Each person we interacted with was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was just lovely. The beds were so comfortable, and there was no outside noise to interrupt our much needed rest.

The courtyard area was under construction. I would have liked to have seen it a little nicer in person. I understand it's the middle of January. So most guests would not be spending much time sitting out there.

Wonderful, charming little hotel in a perfect location in Paris. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel to others.

Very convenient to the Metro , many museums, lots of good walking. The staff at the desk was very kind and helpful. Breakfast nice, bur many options in the neighborhood as well.

Housekeeping service was a little disorganized- one day they skipped my bathroom entirely, twice towels that I left for replacement were not changed. Additionally, the bathroom facilities were not up to the price point, and in my case did not include a proper shower, just a spray attachment without a hook up high on the wall. No phone in room- and my cell was inoperative. St. Germain is a pricey area to shop and eat (and value for money is not the theme there....).

The location, near good galleries and wonderful shops; quiet, both in the hotel and outside, with pleasant gardens within walking distance.

Only the external service when I ordered a smoked salmon sandwich, which wasn't what I would call by that name. It was toasted white bread with small thick pieces of smoked salmon in it, accompanied by crisps. Not up to the general standard of the hotel itself. What should a smoked salmon sandwich be like? It should be made with thin brown bread, with very thin slices of salmon with a little black pepper and lemon juice. Oh, and once or twice the maids forgot to put in more shampoo and/or shower gel.

The friendliness and generally helpful attitude of all the staff. The location (main reason I chose it).

I was woken on my first night at 4am by the sound of water "cascading" into my room. This was a puzzle as I was at the top of the building with no room above me. The explanation was that this was from the air- conditioning system and that it "happened sometimes"! It did not happen again and did not last long but it did lead to a very disturbed night. I had hoped that there might be some reduction in my bill to take account of this as I reported it to the night porter at the time and he came to the room to see. I also reported it to the desk the following morning. I did not make a fuss or ask for a reduction as all the staff were otherwise so pleasant and helpful but it would have been a nice gesture.

The staff were excellent: pleasant, professional and very helpful. The location was in a very nice part of Paris with alot of activity, yet the rooms were quiet at night.

It was in a great location, perfect for museum visiting, shopping and people watching with a lot of nice restaurants and bistros around.

Very small elevator and somewhat tricky stairs.

Die Einrichtung von Zimmer und Bad hat wirklich Stil. Die Lage unmittelbar in der Nähe von unserem geliebten cafe de flore, der brasserie lipp und dem les deux magots ist einfach sensationell.

O hotel não dispõe de um lobby onde os hóspedes possam bater papo e conhecer outros hóspedes. Também não possui serviço de lanchonete. O quarto, embora "superior", é muito pequeno e escuro.

La habitación confortable, limpia, luminosa y comoda, El tamaño de la habitación es justo. la ubicación del hotel es excelente. El personal muy amable.

El desayuno es caro.

Essendo una struttura vecchia e parzialmente rinnovata non si hanno I comfort di reali di un 4 stelle .

L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans un quartier de shopping haut-de-gamme (rue de Grenelle), d'antiquaires, de bons restos et de musées à proximité (Maillol, Louvre, Orsay). Si vous voulez passer un moment inoubliable, choisissez la chambre à la fresque la n° 100). Elle est unique et très romantique. Personnel très aimable et petits-déjeuners très soignés.

Alles, bis auf die Dusche und das Fenster ging nicht auf.

Die Lage war super ! Es war leise, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber.

Unser Zimmer wurde bei der Buchung über booking.com mit 17 m² angegeben - es war aber höchstens 12 m². Somit war das Zimmer sehr klein und das Bad auch.
