We were given a huge room with a fantastic view. The hotel is slightly run down and needs a facelift. |

By the booking it was confirmed that hotel has WiFi but they don't have internet service for guests at all. This caused for me big problems because I was counting on it. Distance from Kaysersberg was indicated as 4,5 km but it's double so much. |

Le calme et le silence dû à sa situation en moyenne altitude. La vue du balcon de la chambre est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié et la salle de restaurant est conviviale et bien décorée. L'hôtel est bien chauffé voir trop. Il n'y a pas de menu pour les repas et les plats proposés sont un peu cher. |

Personeel aardig, ik heb de indruk, dat het nieuwe, jonge eigenaars zijn, die het hotel aan het renoveren zijn, en nog wel wat leren moesten,Hotel is mooi, en heeft heel veel mogelijkheden om prachtig te worden.Eten was voortreffelijk, de kok heeft een compliment gekregen. Na lang aandringen werd de verwarming aangezet.Er was moeite om ons op de juiste kamers te krijgen.Gebrek aan ervaring?? |

La situation de l'hôtel nous a offert un panorama exeptionnel sur la plaine d'Alsace A notre arrivée a l'hôtel, le réceptioniste ignorait notre réservation. Au préalable aucun mail de BOOKING.COM ne lui signalait notre réservation!!! Heureusement qu'il avait une chambre à mettre a notre disposition. |

Accueil quelque peu froid par la Direction ! Pour ce type d'hôtel et dans une région aussi magnifique peu et doit faire beaucoup mieux ! Attention à ne pas oublier qu'une réputation se fait par le bouche à oreille et qu'un visiteur aime se sentir le bienvenu... |

L'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel et le calme L'hôtel avait été repris par une nouvelle équipe depuis une semaine seulement. Le service était minimum (personnel, repas, services des chambres).Rapport qualité/prix très moyen. Il mériterait une nouvelle évaluation après le temps de rodage. |
