Nicel look and comfortabel beds, liked that children had their own room. Nice breakfast buffé. Easy to pick up luggage at the Parc´s exit.

Location and design Staff, poor english..., No restaurant a la carte, just buffet. We can not leave our kids alone if they didn't want to eat. I was forced to pay for all for... And the food, yes is better that one from Asterix parc, but not excellent....

The location situated in the depth of a forest was fantastic also for the kids. The wooden bangallows and sorroundings were very nice and rooms also comfortable. Breakfast was nice too. The hotel seemed understaffed. No concierge services and we had to wheel our own baggage top our rooms and back. As we were lacking some towles for the children we were told to come and get them from the front desk as they had nobody to send them to the room with - this took place mid afternoon. Nothing much to do around and there was no entertainment in the hotel either. Heating in the room did not work or was automatically controlled at 22c and we were cold.

Son emplacement dans le parc au milieu de la foret, le salon convivial et le restaurant tres correct. L'ouverture du passage au parc tres limite: ferme de 12 a 16h et donc on ne peut se reposer dans la chambre, poser un manteau. A l'ouverture a 10h, queue pour rentrer dans le parc...systeme un peu archaique. Pas de bouilloire pour chauffer l'eau pour une tisane le soir dans la chambre. Vin un peu cher dans le restaurant.

Hôtel propre,organisation correcte,personnel agréable. Gros défaut de literie: matelas beaucoup trop ferme,résultat: dorsalgie toujours présente 5 jours plus tard.A revoir absolument. Nous l'avons signalé à l'accueil. Motif suffisant pour ne pas y retourner....

Le restaurant avec son buffet à volonté est très appréciable, grand choix de charcuterie et de crudités, vous pouvez confectionner votre salade vous-même en y ajoutant les ingrédients que vous aimez. Un bon choix également pour les plats principaux et les très bons desserts présentés dans des verrines. Egalement bon buffet à volonté pour le petit déjeuner que ce soit en salé ou en sucré. Bref, nous avons aimé le confort de l'hôtel et son restaurant, situé tout près du parc Astérix avec un accès réservé aux clients e l'hôtel.

Excellent séjour - l'hotel convient bien aux enfants. Par contre, dommage que la réservation ne comprend qu'une seule entrée au parc, on devrait pouvoir choisir le nombre de jours de visite

J'ai particulièrement aimé le cadre de l'hôtel et les activités à l'intérieur de celui-ci. Nous aurions préféré des chambres plus en rapport avec le parc astérix.

Le principe des chambres pour les familles mais elles ont besoin d'être refaites. Changer la c02 96 70 77 39ouverture par une couette et rajouter un nécessaire a café et thé. Pas assez haut de gamme pour un 3 étoiles. La nourriture pas bonne Les chambres font défraichies, moquette pas propre, changer la couverture par une couette. La nourriture n'est pas bonne.

Le personnel est très agréable, fort sympathique, même les clients disent bonjour dans les couloirs, on se sent "à la maison". L'hôtel est construit dans un cadre très vert et naturel ce qui est appréciable. La chambre possède une terrasse avec vue sur la nature. Le style bois cadre bien avec le thème du Parc. L'hôtel possède une mini salle de jeux, un bar, une boutique de souvenir. J'ai apprécié dans l'ensemble et je recommande ;-) Petit bémol : dommage que l'hôtel ne possède pas de chambre dans un style "Romain", au profit du style bois (Gaulois) ce qui rendrait les chambres plus luxueuses.

La proximité du parc Astérix, le calme, la disponibilité du personnel et surtout de leur amabilité. Je regrette juste qu'à l'intérieur de l'hôtel il n'y ai pas d'espace jeux pour les enfants alors qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel familial situé aux abords du parc Astérix et par conséquent il me semble logique de venir avec des enfants mais rien : pas de jeux, pas de décors tant dans le hall, que dans les couloirs ni même l'intérieur de la chambre ! Très surprenant !!!
