Clean warm friendly
Breakfast was poor, a piece of bread, butter and jam. Tea, coffee or hot milk. No fruit juice.
We liked the room, which was very clean and spacious enough for me, my wife and our 8-year old daughter. Very nice neighborhood with lots of boulangeries and supermarkets nearby. Very close to metro. Nice neighborhood to soak up the local life.
The Internet was relatively fast. But you need to get a set of login credentials for each device, which is not convenient. The location is not bad.
The room smelled like burnt plastic all the time. The mattress was not soft enough. The breakfast was meh. The TV was Tiny.
Great value of money very clean hotel and nice area...Very close to the metro .We had a big room with a very nice bathroom everything was great .Breakfest 1 baggette coffee butter and marmalade very basic but it was fine.
Didin;t have an elevator and very narrow stairs . We didnt have a refrigirator in our room and only one small mirror that was in the bathroom
the locality is filled with cafes and bars. On weekends there were markets in front of the hotel. If you are coming by a car, then finding a parking is extremely difficult. but the hotel would suggest you one for 10 bucks/day.
steps and common areas are pretty cramped, which I think is traditional french.
Clean, convenient base for exploring Paris. Lively area with fab mix of shops and cafes/restaurants. Right up our street!
Walls a bit thin!
The security was poor. A lady staying there, like me with her teenage daughter, said that at 2.30 am a man banged repeatedly on her door, then on all other doors in the corridor, then vomited. He had apparently wandered in off the street, so the security is really bad. Clean hotel, staff were fine, but the area is not good. Walking along the street in this area, my teenage daughter was harangued constantly in a very unpleasant way by men, and the other guest said the same for her daughter. This did not happen to that extent in other areas of Paris. Drunks on street aplenty.
Accommodation including breakfast. Hotel just off the square and close to the subway, marketplace, supermarket and lots of shops nearby. 1 hour walk from the city center, shops, restaurants, pubs ...
The hotel has excellent location for both business visitors and tourists coming on vacation as it is very close to the metro station but in the quiet area surrounded by many little shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable; staff is pleasant, forthcoming and very helpful. I even had a chance to learn some French thanking to the very kind concierge. Needless to add it's extremely good value for money. I will go there again as I really felt welcome.
The steep and narrow staircases might be an issue with heavy luggage but once you reach the room, it doesn't really bother you any longer; breakfast was relatively modest; however I did enjoy in fresh baguette with jam and butter and nice cup of coffee.
very nice room, nice bathroom, everyday cleaning, no noise, no bugs, really willing staff, really good price...we were very sa satisfied! and surprised
narow staircase for big luggage...but it was more funny than problem :)
Really good location, near metro2. The staff is nice.
Stair is too narrow.
quality of wi-fi signal, friendly staff, close to metro
very basic rooms, no elevator in hotel, basic breakfast (baguette with jam, tea), no luggage room (you can keep them at the reception), location - not recommended for families with children.
Location near to metro station. A lot of restaurants and cafés with normal prices and local people
Breakfast is just bread and jam and batter which is not. Breakfast
You get what you pay for, our room overlooked the street and got a bit noisy on market days( they start very early), the breakfast was poor, the host's attitude was also poor, otherwise, not a bad location. The room was basic but clean.
Be in mind guys. A beer in Paris, wether u take it in the suburbs or close to the louvre is twice as much as in Austria or Germany! The same goals to a good meal and the same goes to the acomodations. A 70 euro a night hotel in Paris is a 140 euro in any other place! So keep that in mind. For me, the purpose of a travel to Paris is not to enjoy a hotel facility, but to walk a lot along the city. Having said that and having had: A - very clean bathroom with warm weather B - very clean sheets C - comfortable bed D - a good siZe room Is more than fair. Couldn't ask for more with this price!
There were no lifts. So if you are in ur 80s, or has some disabilities or is simply to lazy... This is not for you... Go pay 300 euros a night anywhere else...
Metro close by. Friendly staff, very clean and neat. Our room corresponded to the picture. Good beds. Good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Recommended! Be aware: Narrow staircases, no elevator. French breakfast; bread, butter and jam, coffe, thé or hot choclate. For us ok, but good to know.
Located near to the metro, which is good. One guy from staff is very kind, but the other one is somehow rude.
Asked to the staff if it would be possible to accept a package from Amazon and they said yes. Now I have problems because they did not accepted it and the package is lost.
Good position near the metro station of Menillmontant. Staff very friendly
Shower and toilette outside the bedroom, if you are at the first floor. Very poor breakfast only a half baguette with jam, and coffee or milk or tea.
Good location, close to Metro & halal restaurants. Supermarket in front of hotel. Parking garage nearby at 10 Euro per day, staff was kind enough to show the location
We were put on the 4th floor. The staris were narrow & winding, difficult with heavy luggage. Breakfast consist of bread & coffee/tea everyday.
Location (close to metro) and wifi.
No fridge in the room? Oh my god! Not even some shampoo or something. Just the walls and a bed.
close to tube line
very steep steps up to rooms. did not have any gluten free food although told visitor was gluten and dairy free.very small eating area which filled up very quickly
Lovely little hotel well located near a metro station allowing easy and quick access to all the major tourist attractions in Paris. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was a good size and both the room and bathroom were lovely and clean. We got free wi fi too which was well appreciated.
I asked for a cot for my baby girl. It was confirmed, but after arrival, they didn't know what the cot means, or pretended for it. Internet didn't work for me. Their breakfast was the most rubbish breakfast I have ever had.
Location is good as its just few minutes walk from metro station. Also there are enough restaurants and small supermarkets around. The size of the room was big enough with clean renovated bathroom. Quiet and peaceful.
The hotel did not have an elevator and we were in the 5th level. Had to climb up narrow spiral staircases every day after stralling through Paris the whole day; painful experience, especially for my parents. The room amenities are very basic. The hotel owner does not have to spend a lot of money to improve (for example: no hanging place for clothes in the bathroom, no slippers, hair driver, very basic bathroom supplies, etc). The breakfast was just half of a baguette, jam, butter, and coffee. In a very small breakfast room these thing were served personally by the hotel staff, which for some reason took around 10 minutes every time.
Possibility to pask close to the hotel at € 10 per day. Locaties oké close to underground.
Small breakfast room.
