Excellent hotel in a great location Good value for money in an expensive city

Location close to St.Sulpice Metro stop. Many floors but small elevator made it work. Staff friendly and helpful.

Problems connecting with WiiFi. We're not big but bathroom shower wouldn't handle large people.

The location is amazing. Right in the middle of Saint Germain, which has a lot of good places to eat, to shop and to walk. It is near most sightseeing places. The hotel price/confort ratio is very good, the room is not big, but it has everything you need and is clean. Guys at the front desk are very helpful as well.

The room/bathroom could have more sockets to recharge stuff, breakfast could be cheaper (but you can eat outside easily).

Rooms on the smaller side

Liked the location. Available to walk around. So close to metro and bus staitons and not away from any attraction points. The attitute of the staff was nice and helpful. Thanks for that.

Rooms are so small but we knew that it's a Paris standart. But in this kind of rooms, bathroom/closet is almost next to the bed. So it stinks to sensitive noses. Some of the rooms don't see the sunlight, no window to street. It's choky.

The price was right for this location.

The hotel would benefit from a paint job and deep clean.

The location is very good & convenient for all types of purposes

The hotel room was extremely small for a couple; there's hardly any room to put two suitcases at the same time. Very few drawers and a tiny wardrobe! At least they should put up more hooks on the back of the doors. Also, you need to 'not focus' on the metro roaring coming from below.

The hotel is well located close to boulevard St Germain and the St Sulpice metro stop - and many attractions are within 10-15 minutes walk. There is a very nice cafe almost next door and any number of other eating options nearby. The room was very compact but big enough, comfortable and nicely decorated.

The occasional rumbling sounds were a bit disconcerting at first - I assume a metro line runs under the hotel - but you soon become accustomed to it and cease to notice it. The hanging space in the wardrobe was almost inaccessible - the folding door could not be opened fully because it came up against the bathroom wall.

Good location in a neighborhood we like very much

The "good cop-bad cop" staff personalities didn't work well with us; wifi did not work at first and front desk blamed our new IPad rather than simply saying they did not know what the problem was; we knew in advance about the noise from the metro (but it was irritating); we asked to leave after discovering that the room had no heat; the heat was not fixed (the repair man said the radiator was broken) but we were given a small desktop heater that was probably not safe in such a confined area; hotel is sloppy and relies too much on its location to get clients; can't imagine many would return; hotel staff acted as if customers had never complained to them about anything; we found another hotel not too far away for the remaining five days of our trip; we arrived at the hotel in a snow storm and very wintry weather; the hotel's shortcomings were made worse by the weather

The location is really good.

Underground is just under the hotel so every 5 min the room shakes. Rooms are really really too small, about 6 mq. No where to leave even a small luggage, incredible !

Very good location. Very accesible to all main places of Paris.

Everything is a bit small, but one adjusts to the situation. I would find a way to add a bit more of placard storage. But listen! ...once in Paris who cares,...you'll spend all the day out and come back late night ready for a god sleep.

A very friendly hotel in an ideal quiet location on the left bank. Very clean and comfortable. The Metro is only minutes away. Will stay again.

The room is small, but we feel comfortable. And the service is very good, the senior even joked. I like the service very much.

A little difficult for find the place for new in Paris. And the sound of the subway.

The location and the price.

I'm afraid you can hear every Metro train that passes rumbling up thru the building. It's a pity because in every other respect the hotel is fine.

The location is fine and safe. Facilities are better than what is expected for such a small room. Nice and helpful staffs.

Room are small. And it is not convenient to get the Wifi password from the reception counter every 24 / 48 hours (I forgot).

Am very please to meet hotel staff who are friendly and accommodating. It's also a plus factor that the hotel is accessible to metro. Room is quite small but thumbs up for the cleanliness.
