Excellent location; Excellent staff

Parking was extremely difficult. 4/29/2012 was a Strasbourg city fete which we were not made aware of. We had to park over 1.5km away in hot sun with 2-weeks of luggage, walk to hotel to check in and later retrieve the car and lugage as there was no parking available. The hotel advertizes air conditioning, but our room did not have it and it was not to be turned on until May 15th per management. Our room was 29 degrees C, facing west and we had no relief. We were told to open the windows. The April 29th late afternoon and evening receptionist was unhelpful, inattentive and not responsive. All other staff were very excellent.

We got stuck In this tiny lift. A bit scary. Parking was full so we had to use public car park.

Right across from the Strasbourg Cathedral of Notre Dame. Sightseeing and shopping are right outside the doors of the hotel. Beautiful city. Went on a boat tour. Read a review on booking.com that recommended the uncovered boat to get better pictures and so glad we did. It was great!

Very hard to find. Lots of one way streets and pedistrian only streets. We were told specific directions to get to the back entrance of the hotel by car and we still couldn't find it. Luckily I had done some research and knew that the Gutenburg Parking Garage was close by. We ended up parking there and walking around to find the hotel. Once we did that we were able to move our car to the hotels private/secure parking garage which was still 5 minutes of walking away.

Excellent central location near the Cathedral. Very comfortable beds and tastefully decorated quiet room. Very good breakfast and dinner. All round a fine hotel.

Worth to visit!

We had a great time at Hotel de Rohan! It is located in the centre of Strasbourg just a few steps from the Cathedral.. Also, it is full of restaurants bars and shops all around. The room was very nice, not very spacious but perfect for a couple of nights, but anyway it was not tiny and the wardrobe was bigger than many hotels. The bathroom clean and pretty big! The breakfast room is actually at the reception, this is the only thing I would change.. The quality of food is good though especially bread, jam and croissants. Finally, the staff is really helpful and friendly! Thank you so much for your help!! We will absolutely come back (soon) and choose this hotel again.

Great location right in the centre of Strasbourg. The rooms are not too expensive and are clean

This hotel is right in the center of the beautiful city of Strassbourg, but just on the first sidestreet - the perfect location. The room we had (502)was luxuriously furnished with perfectly sound proofed windows. The staff looked after our every need and I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Hotels in the center of the pedestrian area do not have parking, but this hotel is located only a 3 minute walk from the Gutemburg Parking Garage in the center of town. No problem at all.

Room was very quiet, considering how central the hotel is. Staff very friendly indeed. Central heating both in room and bathroom was wonderful.

The cleaning product that is used in your bathrooms leaves a very disagreeable smell. On the sign in the room with "Free WiFi", you could add a note like "ask reception for password".

Excellent position. Staff were very friendly. Clean and comfortable. Good restaurant. Good size bathroom. Good size room. Would stay again.

His position in the very very center of the city

Very very tiny rooms impossible to move for two persons.it was tiny even for one person(if it is a standard room as ours)
