His position in the very very center of the city

Very very tiny rooms impossible to move for two persons.it was tiny even for one person(if it is a standard room as ours)

Dream come true from internet booking location location truely ideal even though I parked the hire car for the two day stay it was undercover no chance of being dented or vandalized. We found the place using Tom Tom gps drove into street market and walked to front door to be told drive up from market to back door and they helped with cases. We loved the cafe shops below and music all quiet by 10 pm. We were there in June 2011. Had front room 2 nd level absolute picture perfect. Always ask for a front room. We loved the city so easy to walk back to drop off anything and pick up coat etc for the next few hours. Five minute walk to boat criuse about 15 min to canal boat cruise both must do'S. Always wait for open top boat do not take perspex roof boat as no way can you get photos, endure open boat and reward yourself with good photos. We are 60 yr olds couple and do a lot of Europe travel using internet booking 1 day ahead and reading reviews and 3-4 star hotels and price. Loved the city and the hotel

Always stay here --- not at the big names as they are so far from the cathedral and cafes and shops and the river.

Great location right in the centre of Strasbourg. The rooms are not too expensive and are clean

Excelent location. The heart of the old town, 100m from the Cathedral. Huge number of the restaurant, shops and a Christmas market if you are traveling in December. Great value for money.

Good location, excellent breakfast.

Extremely noisy. Building works are currently going on in the hotel but I could also hear the chambermaids cleaning the room above. Do not expect to get any rest after about 7.30am.

The staff were very friendly and the location war superb. The room was nice and cosy.

Staff was extremely pleasant, and spoke good english. Location was excellent, and the 3rd floor windows offered an interesting vantage of Notre Dame and the picturesque plaza. Coffee was the best we enjoyed in Strasbourg. Adequately sized rooms with closet / storage.

Bedding (blankets / linen) could stand an upgrade, and as another guest mentioned, the lighting in the rooms is rather inadequate The only negative point to our stay was some sort of construction occurring above the third floor our last morning- while not early enough to awaken us, it was loud enough to prevent conversation (or thought!) When mentioned at the front desk - they seemed to indicate this was normal.... i will confirm the project is complete or request a 2nd or 1st floor next time.

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Proximity to shops and restaurants very good. Private garage is a good point.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. They were helpful when we had auto problems. The staff also helped us find the parking garage by driving with us. Our reception on the first day made us feel relaxed.

For what we paid we were surprised how small our room was. The pillows and mattress was very hard. Many of the electrical outlets did not work in our room. The location, however, was absolutley perfect. Aside from the lack of amenities I would consider this hotel again.

Excellent location, very help staff, nice room

Difficult to reach with a car as the gps can't find it and there no access to to the hotel. There is a close-by garage, but this info is not available in the hotel iformation.
