Excellent location (literally besides the magnifiscent cathedral), extremelly helpful staff, nice lobby, spotless room, very French decoration for both double rooms we booked. Price is an issue. 110eur without breakfast for a small double room we found it pretty expensive. However, having made an extensive search...Strasbourg is not the famous for its budget accomodation! |

The location was excellent, near the cathedral. The room was very quiet and very clean. The staff was very helpful. No parking near the hotel and had to drag suitcases up cobblestone streets. |

The location was wonderful. The room and bathroom were a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free computer and internet facility was a welcome facility for which we were very grateful. I felt that the hotel was a bit expensive for the standard of room. The room decor and fittings were fairly tired and because of the cost of the room I had expected a more luxurious hotel. |

Very good location and we enjoyed our first visit to Strasbourg. The bar was under-used and we think this was reflected in the quality of the coffee served other than with breakfast. |

A good central location for touring Strasbourg, and the staff were helpful with good restaurant recommendations Do not get a room on the street (Rue de Rohan). Even with double glazed windows the pedestrian street has a lot of traffic and was noisy every night well past midnight. Candidly I would not stay there unless I could get an interior room |
