Shocking wet weather Hotel provided strong large umbrellas and sympathy !

Friendly couple who looked after us at the hotel, clean comfortable rooms and good location.

WiFi only available to one user at a time which was somewhat inconvenient. Perhaps management can rectify this. It is the only hotel that we have encountered this problem.

This hotel is situated very near to the historic old town which has a good selection of shops and restaurants. We had a room with mountain view which meant the early morning traffic could be easily heard but was not intrusive and the view more than made up for it. The staff were excellent, always there when needed and a fund of local information and with good English for thse times when my French failed. Our room was well equiped, very clean and everything worked perfectly.

We had no complaints except that the fruit for breakfast seemed to be tinned and not fresh, something which seemed out of character with the otherwise excellent standard of everything in this hotel.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Interesting artwork and lovely mountain view from our bedroom. Rooftop sun loungers and reading material really relaxing, not to mention a rooftop hot tub! Also secure garage facility for our hired car. Short walk from the restaurants in the old town.

The hotel has great location ver convenient No kettle in the rooms and any additional service cost lot more so the overall Price is above that who was mentioned People are more than helpful

Well situated in Vence, if not a little hard to find when driving. Short walk to restaurants, old town and a great place to stay for a visit to St Paul. We had a balcony, and utilized the small kitchenette (for an extra fee) good sized room . Staff very welcoming. One of our most relaxing stays during the month driving through rural France.

Nothing to dislike, although I was a bit surprised about the kitchenette fee 15€ per day.

We were on the 5th (top) floor and the stairs had little lighting - there were light fittings but they usually were not on (we couldn't locate any switches - admittedly, we didn't ask!) so it was a little tricky to negotiate them going down (we used the lift going up!)

The staff was very helpfull. The location is walking distance to the old section of town. Charming little hotel. Great location

The reception in the evening was very friendly and helpful. He made lots of suggestions about restaurants and where to visit locally. Vence is a lovely medieval town and it's packed with great restaurants and lovely quirky shops. The town has a lovely atmosphere.

The first room was very tired and in need of renovation. When I complained they moved us to the room next door which was similar size but in much better condition. The hotel really could do with an overhaul as it all seemed a bit run down. We didn't bother to stay for breakfast.

We were pleasantly surprised about everything. Family owned and guests are received with a warm welcome. Tastfull interior design and a nice garden with terasses. Our room was very cosy and nicely furnished. Everything very clean. Parking garage as well. Erg leuk hotel. Een hartelijk welkom en mooi ingericht. Prima bedden en een warme en gezellige inrichting. Zeer schoon. Parkeergarage. Un tres jolie hotel avec un acceuil chaleureux. Le décoration c'est fait avec bon goût. Chambres agréable, sdb propre.

We were very impressed by Hotel Diana. It is very simple on the outside, but it is so peaceful, graceful, and welcoming on the inside that appearances can be decieving. We were wonderfully welcomed, the staff was fantastic and very helpful, including pointing us toward a very close bus to the Nice airport. It was sparking clean. Just simple and good vibes, with class. It is a 5 minute walk to old town Vence, near everything, but has a sense of space and openness about it. We had a wonderful room with a terrance with table and chairs overlooking the mountains. And there was a terrace with views of the mountains and seas, with a hot tube we totally enjoyed. A real jewel and I regreted not spending more time there.

We were welcomed warmly, and offered advice on tourist locations etc. It seemed like a family run business. The bathroom was obviously newly renovated, the bed was comfortable, and linen changed daily. Breakfast was a little costly, but for sheer convenience, we chose to have it., And it is served in a charming garden. They try really hard to please and I would recommend it to my friends. Location to old town ,St Paul and Cannes perfect. The Hotel is located in a quiet little street and was a very peaceful location.

The staff are very gracious, friendly and helpful. The decor is professional and includes original art works. Our room was fabulous, facing the mountains and including a small balcony with chairs. I liked the roof top space for exercise, jacuzzi and relaxation with a panoramic view. The location was excellent - close to the historic walled city, bus transportation, shopping and restaurants.

The reason I picked it was for easy access to the matisse chapel

Venice is really quaint and this really isn'T. The descriptions of views on the website was deceiving. The roof top terrace is really sad and pathetic - not a place I would enjoy hot tubbing on at all.

Do yourself a favor. If you come to Vence you should stay here.We opted for the larger room at a little more but well worth it, big balcony large room fresh and bright we felt good being there.Close to old town.Good advise as to where to eat from owners.Very friendly people and very obliging.We highly recommend 10/10

Perfect location close to the old city. Familiar atmosphere. Helpful staff. Good parking (charged) and breakfast buffet (carged) at reasonible price. WiFi free. Wouldn't mind coming back.
