The staff very helpful

One of the best I have been in for a while

Clean spacious, great shower and very comfortable bed. We loved the blind arrangement at the window which gave us air and also kept out flies etc. from checking in to parking and into our room took no more than 10 mins and checking out the same. would definitely stay again. X

No tea bags or milk for English tourists who love their cup of tea in the morning with cold milk not cream!!!

the location

You could hear every noise in the hotel, walls are very thin, we didnt get enough sleep and we had to drive 8 hours the next morning.

very nice clean, modern and contemporary secure parking in basement friendly and helpful staff would definitley stay here again shame we were only passing through on the way back from the Alps!

Clean and comfortable. We liked the room which was quite stylish. Bed excellent. Quite close to old quarter which is what we wanted. I would consider staying there again.

Modern Style of the room

Friendly welcome when signing in, great Recptionist, very helpful and gave very useful information. full marks to her! Hotel a short walk to the centre of town. Free underground car parking, great! It was here that we were informed that if you are over 60 in any Mercure you get a free breakfast, how good is that! It's a shame we were not told that at the Mercure in Lyon!!!

Breakfast was a bit busy at 9.30am and staff were more concerned about setting up for lunch than serving breakfast and looking after customer needs!! But don't let that put you off!

Expected comfort for 4 star hotel. Though, there was smell in the room and we couldn't take a bath-The tap didn't work properly

The location is for business not for sightseeing

Nice outdoor swimming pool. Lovely room - modern, nice design and huge bed. Good value for money. 12pm check out.

Lovely modern hotel, 15 minutes walk from the centre of Dijon. Staff were friendly and helpful. Secure parking. Clean and quiet - would stay here again. Recommended.
