transportation to disney is pretty straight forward and easy, nice buffet in the evening. room was a bit vandalised,only 2 big towels for a 4 person room...and as already mentioned the breakfast has litle choice but was good enough.. |

good location for Disneyland paris. the free shuttle bus is running each 20min. good price for the buffe resturant. too hot aircondishoner during our stay on December. there is no control SW in the room. reception is always crowded and many que in a busy season. |

Very surprised with the hotel on arrival, good location and welcoming reception. Room was good size for our party and very clean. Breakfast area far too small for the size of the hotel which lead to queues at busy times |

Beautiful hotel, nice room. 12 pm is a comfortable check out time and there were free lockers available. We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the transfer bus to the airport did not stop in front of the hotel. We were waiting in the hall because it was raining and although I ran outside we missed the bus. I also thought the bus to and from Disneyland was too busy at all times of the day. |

Location- room decor. Room double booked- reception error. Call at midnight after someone else tried to enter our room, not very appologetic Large queue for breakfast in the freezng cold even though had a time to visit the dining room. |

The location of the hotel was ideal as we were there to visit Disneyland paris the rooms were clean and the staff were nice the location was also ideal to visit paris and Val d'Europe. |

The park was very close by and buses were regular. The electricity went from our room and were expected to re-pack the room and move in the dark. There is not enough seating for breakfast. |

As we were travelling with our 6 children we had booked 2 bedrooms and on arrival at the hotel as the 2 rooms were adjacent they were able to open the interconnecting doors which made the whole trip for us. |

As usual (4th time in this hotel) we had an excellent bed. The airco was working (last time it didn't). The drinks at breakfast (coffee, chocolate milk, orange jus) has improved a lot. Simply: good value for your money! |

the hotel room was clean and cozy. the ice hockey table was a favorite for my son. the reception staff were friendly and helpful. the disneystore was convenient for last minute shopping the plastic cups for drinking and rinsing your mouth. breakfast spread was limited. |

It was great value for money as the breakfast was included in the price. excellent location for visting disneyland or val d' europe. The staff were nice and friendly. our bedroom had tea and coffee making facilites, it was nicely decorated and had a homely feel it it. The kids loved the bunk beds. Would recommend this hotel, great value for money. the only thing i did not like was the location of our bedroom. it was accessed from outside the reception area. It was on the second floor and right inside the main door which led into the corridor of the other bedrooms. For the first night we could hear the main door banging, lift going up and down, and noise of people on the metal staircase. Then the noise started again at 6am!! on the second day it was quieter as a lot of guests had left the hotel. i would imagine the weekends could be quite noisey if you were staying in the same room and with kids the would be woken very early!! |

Very convenient for disney ,bus service very good, clean and tidy hotel. Queue for breakfast was unexceptable we did not bother to wait in rain for 30 mins plus for table.Should allocate times in smaller numbers or open larger dining hall. |
