The fact that it's very close to Disney Parks and the frequent free shuttles The fact that we were two families together, I paid a price and the other family paid Euro 22 more per night. I find this unjust. |

It is a simple hotel, modern furniture, clean room, I expected less from a 2 stars hotel. This hotel is very positive surprise, I was very satisfied. I definiately recommend this hotel, and I will visit this hotel again in the future. |

Easy access to Disneyland, great family atmosphere. Not about the hotel per se, but the online description of the room, verses what the hotel booked, should have been more clear (one of my party had to sleep on the floor the first night). |

The receptionist was unpolite and did not reserve an excursion to Paris for us, although she promised to. I made a reservation at the New York Hotel and then we managed to make a reservation and get the tickets. One pillow was missing in our room and we asked for it, but the employee said that they didn´t have any at that moment. We never got a pillow, so my husband slept 4 nights without a pillow! The magnetic cardkey to the room´s door didn´t always function. Three times we had to wait quite a while and ask the receptionist to fix the card. It didn´t always help and then we waited for the fixer-man to come and fix the door´s lock. But even after that the door didn´t always open with that card! We had only two big towels in the room, although we were four persons. And so on...The food in the restaurant was guite good (especially the desserts!!) and the staff there very friendly and helpful. The outdoor smashed very loudly and we slept next door to it, so we woke every morning, when the first person went out. Look above. |

Good family room with adequate faccilties including shuttle service to DisneyParis. The cost of dinner at the restaurant was a little on the high side with not that much choice but at least kids ate for free. The food that was there was good though. |

For the price I was paying for 2 nights, I really didn't expect the hotel to be so excellent. The room was perfect for 4 adults; comfortable beds, clean bathroom. The staff were very friendly, especially those working in the restaurant who would show you how the buffet worked if it was your first time staying. |

Easy access to Disney parks from the hotel. There is frequenct shuttle bus service to Disney Parks. There is no other food outlets nearby the hotel except the hotel restaurant.The tap water gives white deposit after boiling, so no way of making drinks in hotel room. |

All the staff were very helpful and breakfast was very good The timetable we were given for disneyland shuttle was different to the one at disneyland meaning we rushed to get the 'last' bus at 11.55 but when at the bus-stop, the last bus said 1.10am! |

Very clean and bright hotel . Good value with a very good buffet breakfast. Ideal for a couple or family visiting Disney. Free Shuttle bus to parks will save you a high carpark fee if you have your car with you. Hotel carparking is free. |
