Lots of/ Coaches full of young groups thought it was more of a family hotel hence we had children/teenagers all over the place making a lot of noise hanging around the games area which is too young for them I.e mini go round etc... Wouldn't have booked the hotel if I had known as have three children under 6. Family room very small Cot looked like a laundry basket Didn't feel 100% clean.

arcade was very expensive air conditioners weren't turned on even though is was really hot in the room The room smelled Got yelled at by the restaurant staff because I did not understand him correctly. The hotel was very mono tone- blah- there was nothing special about it and it looked like all the other hotels- like an old stuffy hospital. Breakfast Buffet was also a bit bland

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Only two towels between four of us.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby contains games and a mini playground for the kids. The Disney store was nice. The WIFI connection was excellent.

Location is great next to disney and to the metro station.

Was excellent for location to Disney land.

The family room was very small, especially with a travel cot in there, the wifi signal you couldnt receive as you were too far away.the evening meal was ok but not alot of choice for young children

Friendly and modern, very nice staff, rooms exceptionally clean

We thought the buffet in the evenings could have been better, not much choice in food, okay if you liked pasta, thought there could have been more choice, also thought it was quite expensive when in the area you could get a good meal and drinks for less money

Handy location for Disney

Free wifi in room was advertised but in fact it's only available in the main building where the reception is. I spoke to a number of staff about this but all I was told was "it's just the time of day and everyone is using the Internet" even though I spoke to staff at four different times during the day.

Shuttle bus between Disneyland Paris to hotel is very many and fast, so very convenient.

Only one staff is not kind when check in. No smile, so I feel bad. (But other staffs are very kind and smily, so no problem)

Distance to the Disney Park with shuttle. Cleaning maids did well on our room when we left for the day. Staff was very nice and we had all our questions answered.

The food in the buffet restaurant was not appetizing, especially the dinner. Also would be nice if the breakfast choices were switched up some so we didn't have the same thing every morning if eating there for more than a few days at a time. Wish there was a mini fridge in the rooms considering there are a lot of families with small children. I know this was a family pleasing hotel but there were a lot of kids running and screaming around by our room at late hours and if that could be helped would be nice.

The proximity to Disneyland Paris. It is a 5 min shuttle bus ride away. The breakfast buffet was ok. Checking in and out is very easy. For somewhere to simply rest your head after a full day at Disneyland, it is adequate.

Our room was very small for 4 people. The floor tiles in the bathroom were broken and loose. A mat was put down to cover it up. A certain time is booked for breakfast, yet you can wait up to 10 mins to even get into the breakfast area. The shuttle bus to Disneyland is meant to come every 15mins. This is not enough. Due to the fact that there are about 4/5 hotels in the same area, the buses can turn up full. The Kyriad bus serves 3 of these hotels and because of this we had to miss 2 buses several times. This could mean waiting up to 1/2 hour to even board a bus. Though these are negatives, the proximity to Disneyland and pricing of accomodation can overcome them.

1) Shuttle too crowded to go to the park, the frequnecy of the shuttle is not enough. Not designed for a family with small children 2) very poor hotel, in the bathroom all then floor was broken 3)long queque to have brekfast. and it is impossible to have breakfast, when you want, they give to you some pass with specific time to habe breafast 4) no value for money, they take advantage that there isn't any choice...in any case they are full even if the hotel ia a crap

We loved this hotel it was kid friendly very close to Disney easy going and relaxed atmosphere with kind staff and great brekkie...

Attractive Building with blossom trees and greenery made it feel upmarket. The location was excellent, with a frequent bus service. The rooms were clean and well serviced. The breakfast was superb!

The bar area was very poor and the furniture in the foyer was soiled.

The location is excellent - near Disney and the price is not high as in Disney's hotels. Breakfast is excellent too and the room is very nice.

Easy transport to Disney. Value for money

the hotel was great and so was the breakfast.transport links was good.

the fact that was no English subtitles on the telly or any English channels except for BBC.

Shuttle bus to Disneyland , close to the train station

Bed was squeaky, only one English Channel on the tv , there was no wifi in the room although it was advertised. Very little toilet paper in the room .
