The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location, it was very convenient for the 2 Disneyland Parks, but there are other hotels just as close that don't cost much more. It looks lovely on websites/ in brochures and claims to have a family/ relaxing feel but in reality the rooms are small and shabby and it seems to cater largely for big groups of noisy teenagers. (I have nothing against noisy teenagers, I just don't find them relaxing!) I felt misled and was so disappointed that I actually wanted to leave after our first night but was told only the manager could offer us a refund. As he didn't get back to us until the day before we left we were stuck there. If you are considering this hotel I would strongly recommend that you continue to shop around - you can get something much better for your money. I didn't like; the broken lift; the noisy room (faulty air-conditioning I suspect); having to waste time changing rooms; the small & cramped rooms - not even room to get out of bed on 1 side; having to live out of suitcases for 1 week because of the lack of storage - only 1 tiny wardrobe; the shabby room E.G. broken chair, curtain hook falling out of wall, wires sticking out of phone, torn cushion cover, stains on walls, ceiling, curtains, bedding, lamps etc ( and we were in a refurbished block apparently!): being allocated a 20 minute breakfast slot and then still having to queue for 20 minutes outside & feeling like I was in a school dining hall once inside because of the layout and the fact the hotel is full of school groups; not being able to get my 5 year old daughter to sleep before 10-11pm because of the noise from the school groups returning from the Parks and therefore everyone being tired for the duration of our holiday.

Reasonably close to disneyland. Shuttle bus every 10 minutes approx. The only morning I had an early breakfast was the morning I was checking out anyway. The two days I wanted to go to disneyland parks breakfast time was very late. I have travelled to many countries and this is the only time I have ever had to queue for breakfast. Also, it is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I need my 7-8 hours sleep and with children allowed to run around outside until all hours plus the noise of the adults sitting outside drinking, plus the noise of children running up and down either in their rooms or the corridor and arguing and the noise supposedly from the lift it was impossible to get to sleep before about 2.00 A.M. We have many excellent buffet restaurants nearby. Kyriad buffet is poorly organised and the food on the 21 euro buffet was definitely poor.

Staff at the Reception was helpful. I liked the surrounding area which offered nice countryviews and good walks around the hotel. It was very safe area for children. Staff at the Breakfast room were very nice and one understands that interaction is kept to the minimum as they were very busy with the influx of guests. First night was a disaster. We were placed in a room just above the bar. It was hot and no air conditioning was lit as we were told that they switch it on after 1st May (the law they said!!). We could not open the window as there was too much noise and people smoked just under the window. We complained and the next day we were moved to another area of the Hotel with a nice country view although it was near a construction site. Some guests had no sense of time and throughout the night were noisy. Breakfast area should be expanded as it does not cater for the large amount of people who need to make use of it.

Breakfast was very organised, and no problem getting a time allocation. Beds were very confortable, and the supplied bus service to Disney was exellent. The heating in the hotel lobby was way to hot, even though it was very cold outside. The prices of drinks at the bar were very expensive, nearly 7€ a beer was way too much!

The distance between hotel and Disney facilities. First two days, we had no hot water at all between 7:30 and 8:30. The heating was malfuntion the first day. The photos seem to be from a sample room that never exist. The wardrobe is smaller than my suitcase. A familily of four haven't enough confort. The wifi is only for a small area around the reception, not for the second building. You have a card with a 20 min period to arrive for having breakfast, and must wait outside (-1 to -8 º C) with children if there are many people (usually). This is the worst hotel I've ever met. No room service, vending Machines for Sandwiches, and... etc

Hotel, facilities and staff were great!! Very helpful. The shuttle bus between the 4 associate disney hotels was not enough. There were a few occasions where we would be waiting a long time to get a shuttle to and from the parks, mainly to get to the parks and would have to wait for at least 2 shuttles to go before we got onto one. More frequent shuttles and possibly more direction regarding getting on and off the shuttle.wpuld be helpful as people did not queue and were inclined to.push and shove to get on the bus. Even with children and pushchairs. As a result of this we are unlikely to stay at this particular kyriad hotel again, however if the issues with the shuttles were addressed, we coukd chang our minds.

I really liked how super clean the room and bathroom were, the tee and cookies in the room made us feel even more comfortable and at home. The room looked lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Also the bathroom was cute, pretty; I've actually never seen a cleaner bathroom in my life. I looked forward to coming back to the room after long days at Disney. Also, the breakfast was satisfactory, nice variety. For the price we payed, we couldn't be happier. Another thing, I loved the halloween decorations.

I like the room decoration it looked so warm and made me delightful! Free shuttle to Disneyland. Convenient to Val'de Europe shopping mall and a outlet village. The breakfast was great and you need to choose what time you will have it, then the reception will give you the breakfast cards. The hotel is really suit for families!!!!! Couples as well. Enjoy the atmosphere there!!! The efficiency of reception are so slow............I Hate to wait......lol

Good hotel for children The restaurant needs to be bigger! Didn't like to give a specific time to when we wanted to eat, I feel when your on holiday you shouldn't have to have structure

Good location, next to Disney Land Paris, free shuttle bus and free privet parking. However buffet breakfast is poor, tasteless, crowded, not clean. Internet in my room was completely useless. Even if you get a strong WiFi it is still weak and no progression. The room is small, no refrigerator. I have changed the room twice because its smelled a cigarette smoke even though it's says no Smoking room. Looking for city getaway, don't bother using you car. Takes approximately 1-2 hours with traffic. You can use free shuttle bus to Disney Village Metro station. Paris in 50min by Metro.

Comfortable rooms. I didnt like the bar very much as the Happy hour on two nights had problems. One night the computer on the till wouldnt accept the reduced price and caused problems and on the second night during happy hour, the bar was unmanned, so that could be improved.

I went with my grandchildren to Disney.Location of hotel was perfect, shutle service between hotel and Disney was perfect. Space around hotel was just perfect and delicious. I would recommend this hotel and if I return to Disney, I will try to stay here again. For a 3 star hotel, I must say it is good, confort and cleaning was good. I like much more than if I stayed inside Disney.

The Reception staff were not overly friendly however a huge aspect to this was the language barrier. I could not speak very good french and they did not speak very good English and hence quite clearly did not want to engage in conversation with me. The restaurant staff however were very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and was cleaned everyday with new teas and coffees being provided. It was very noisy whilst we were there but that was due to two school trips staying at the hotel and kids running around at 11pm slamming doors. Not good if you have small children as we do trying to sleep after a long day at Disney and after the second night of this I was getting quite upset with the situation. The Restaurant we felt was very expensive, 69 euros per meal, which is a buffet. I must say though the food was very nice. There is not a lot happening at the hotel and there is not much near to the hotel either so the evenings werent very interesting. The tv did not provide any english speaking programmes either, apparently the hotel cannot pick up the signal for english programmes. All in all, it was clean, tidy, and comfortable and as a base for disney it was fine for us.

The hotel was clean, and the hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone we dealt with spoke English, which is very important, since that is the only language we speak. We loved the convenience of the parking and free shtutle to the theme parks. We will definitely stay there again!
