The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location, it was very convenient for the 2 Disneyland Parks, but there are other hotels just as close that don't cost much more. It looks lovely on websites/ in brochures and claims to have a family/ relaxing feel but in reality the rooms are small and shabby and it seems to cater largely for big groups of noisy teenagers. (I have nothing against noisy teenagers, I just don't find them relaxing!) I felt misled and was so disappointed that I actually wanted to leave after our first night but was told only the manager could offer us a refund. As he didn't get back to us until the day before we left we were stuck there. If you are considering this hotel I would strongly recommend that you continue to shop around - you can get something much better for your money. I didn't like; the broken lift; the noisy room (faulty air-conditioning I suspect); having to waste time changing rooms; the small & cramped rooms - not even room to get out of bed on 1 side; having to live out of suitcases for 1 week because of the lack of storage - only 1 tiny wardrobe; the shabby room E.G. broken chair, curtain hook falling out of wall, wires sticking out of phone, torn cushion cover, stains on walls, ceiling, curtains, bedding, lamps etc ( and we were in a refurbished block apparently!): being allocated a 20 minute breakfast slot and then still having to queue for 20 minutes outside & feeling like I was in a school dining hall once inside because of the layout and the fact the hotel is full of school groups; not being able to get my 5 year old daughter to sleep before 10-11pm because of the noise from the school groups returning from the Parks and therefore everyone being tired for the duration of our holiday.

Reasonably close to disneyland. Shuttle bus every 10 minutes approx. The only morning I had an early breakfast was the morning I was checking out anyway. The two days I wanted to go to disneyland parks breakfast time was very late. I have travelled to many countries and this is the only time I have ever had to queue for breakfast. Also, it is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I need my 7-8 hours sleep and with children allowed to run around outside until all hours plus the noise of the adults sitting outside drinking, plus the noise of children running up and down either in their rooms or the corridor and arguing and the noise supposedly from the lift it was impossible to get to sleep before about 2.00 A.M. We have many excellent buffet restaurants nearby. Kyriad buffet is poorly organised and the food on the 21 euro buffet was definitely poor.

The check in staff were lovley, even had a joke with him about our lack of French. I liked it that there was a kettle and tea, coffee and milk which was a nice touch and very much appreciated. We also stayed at the Hotel Santa Fe and you had to queue at reception and purchase tea and coffee! The pillows were very uncomfy. Also the queue for 40mins at breakfast outside in the rain surrounded by selfish smokers was very unpleasant. The breakfast restaurant simply was'nt big enough and the staff in there were rude and unhelpful.

The buffet breakfast is a good way to fuel up for the day, and the evening meal was ok. Too many school parties booked in. Too much noise in the corridor, and more like a youth hostel than a hotel. The rooms by the lift shaft give you a fantastic overview of the lift mechanism operation all night!

A nice hotel for the price and located very close to Eurodisney. There are regular shuttle busses that go to and from the hotel and although one might be very full there is always another one along shortly after that is normally empty due to them starting at different ends or the row of hotels. Breakfast could be better organised as people tend to queue directly for their food before even finding a seat or table. Ideally people would be seated first and then could go and find what they are eating. This would assist in reducing the amount of people queuing for a tray and also stop people having to stand around with a tray full of food if there is no tables available.

The Kyriad offered a perfect base for Disneyland Paris. It was far enough away not to be crowded and uncomfortable but near enough to get to the parks easily. The free buses helped immensely with this although they did get very full very quickly. The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a bun fight and we had to have a 'strategy' to ensure that we got enough food without being trampled in a stampede.

They were very accomodating. We requested to change rooms due to 2 twin beds for my husband and I, phone not working and broken tile in bathroom. No fuss about the change and they gave us a big room. Dinner buffet was awesome, lots of seafood, worth the 21 euro. No problem with the shuttle, train station right at the bus stop, front of disneyland, 3 km drive to outlet mall Breakfast could be better, a gym would help

Hotel's location is good and near to disneyland - Hotel's staff are not very helpful or friendly. - The family room was tiny, very very very small and not suitable at all for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (under 6). However, being outside and spending the whole day in disneyland was the only thing that helped us accepting that room. - Hotel's facilities are very poor. - Price is relatively high regarding the service provided.

It was near Disneyland Paris The hotel is understaffed. While checking in the receptionist (actually one of the managers) took three telephone calls (one of which was a complaint) and at one point was dealing with two telephone calls and our booking at the same time. We sort of felt in the way. The hotel itself is fine quite modern just sort of soul less really. As you approach it it is quite impressive but when you actually get there its really just travel lodge (except they have more staff).

Great location and shuttle bus to Disney. Loved the steps for the little ones to reach reception desk. Staff were nice. Croissants were lovely for breakfast ! Check in and out very easy! Signage for room nos. Could be better at night - we had 3 false starts - quite frustrating at 9.30 at night with tired kids in tow. Late breakfast meant quite a lot of things were finished, scrambled eggs and beans!!!

The staff were to say the least fantastic, and very efficient, furthermore they were allays at thier post both at the reception the bar and shop. The cleanliness of the hotel is absolutely fntastic with linen changes every day and room cleaning as well. The supply of tea coffee and soap is done on daily basis.Ample hot water and room tempreture control is very satisfactory , people would do well to go for breakfast atthe time they state , we never waited for more then 3 minutes to be getting breakfast, I saw complaints about this but in reality you declare what time you want breakfast when checking in and then all you need to do is go to the restaurant at the allotted time. Some people book a certain time and then go earlier or later and creat confusion. The building has a double height bar, and which is open to the corridors near the rooms at the first floor, with paople enjoying themselves in the bar, it can get a bit noisy , this didnt bother us much as the bar closes early so, it was only the selfishness of people returning late and makeing a lot of noise that bothered us, the culprits were a british women and her teenage daughter.

The location is really good and so is the free bus to Disney. However the price we paid is not really justifiable, the room was clean but needs to be freshened up. Early mornings can be noisy due to people letting their doors bang, breakfast is stupid they get you to book at reception and then you end up queing and to be honest it's not all that.! Just like the evening buffet it's very limited and overpriced. We where also expecting sat t.v and Disney channel for the kids, sadly this was not the case unless you want to spend your days watching BBC world news.!!
